Couldn't resist the discounts on their website as we got a pamphlet delivered to our door and the prices were too good to be true. Should've known..they were too good to be true. Ordered a couple of dals, tandoori chicken, Matar paneer, breads and the chocolate cake. Tarka dal and the chicken were the only edible options amongst the lot and I am not exaggerating. Don't know where the chef picked the Dal Makhni recipe from, it was almost funny if it wouldn't have been sad - it was made using yellow lentils and lots of sugar. Matar Paneer was strongly coconut flavoured. Breads and the cake were substandard too. Please, please read a few genuine recipes! Very disappointed.

The staff were friendly to me when I ordered takeaway for the first time. I got butter chicken with rice. Completely unedible. Chicken was undercooked and red on the inside. The butter chicken sauce was like a runny sweet juice, nothing like any butter chicken I had before. Maybe their chef is away and somebody was replacing them. One of the very few occasions where I had to throw the entire takeaway in the bin. 13Β£ I will never get back. Will not return.

I ordered the lamb Biriyani and it tasted amazing. Nice, flavourful lamb with delicious rice. Good service when ordering on the phone as they guided me to such a delicious meal.

So I ordered food through phone and the guy showed up without a card machine. I told him I have no cash and that I always pay using the card machine but the guy started to blame me that it’s my fault. He was super rude and said that I am wasting his time. I called the restaurant right away and the guy on the phone told me that the owner is not there so he doesn’t know what to do then hangs up on me. Firstly the restaurant wasted my time and then started getting rude with me. I would not recommend anyone ordering from unprofessional place!

Trying to support local business we gave this place a go last night. Checking the local authority site it has a 5 star hygiene rating and despite the outside look have a good commercial kitchen at the rear. The menu is possibly overly long and light on veggie options. However through careful choice the Garlic and Chilli chicken was tasty and the sag paneer great. The lamb samosa's were spicy and crisp. We did collection so can't comment on delivery. In all an old fashioned curry house with good value tasty food albeit not the best we've ever had.

We've been looking for a good Indian takeaway in our area for ages now and have tried plenty but never been really satisfied with the food. This is by far the best we've had by a long way! We had a good selection from across the menu, lamb, chicken, prawns and vegetarian and there wasn't a bad thing on there! The saag paneer was absolutely delicious and the garlic naan was superb! This is definitely a place we will be returning to and I highly recommend it to anybody in the area looking for a good Indian takeaway!
