   Pepe's is easily one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful food in town. The chicken is always cooked to perfection juicy, tender, and full of that signature Pepe's flavour. Portion sizes are generous, and everything tastes freshly made. The staff specially Maryam is friendly, attentive, and quick ,which makes the experience even better.

   As a regular pepe’s customer, I have never had an issue with this branch. Food cooked to standard everytime, never delivered with no unexpected delays, usually sufficient seating even during peak hours. Additionally would like to point out the exceptional customer service provided at the store, particularly of Mariam, of which she has always maintained professionalism and effective communication with customers, which cannot be understated.

   I've been to a lot of pepes and this is by far the worst. First the delivery- the guy took a picture of the delivery outside the block of flats, marked it as delivered and then picked it up and tried to drive off with it. We had to chase and stop him to give the food to us. We should have let him take it: The chicken was completely dry with no flavour on it. It tasted like it had been reheated a number of times but didn't have any flavour. The chips and lettuce were soggy and chips were cold. There was hardly any sauce in the pitta. This place shouldn't be allowed to serve food. Absolutely disgusting.

   Rude staff and horrible food. Grilled chicken wrap had chicken that wasn’t grilled properly and a ton of Mayo and sauce. Salad hardly. Also no covid protocols like screens. Overpriced and disappointing. Go to T’z next door instead - they are similar but at least if you are going to have dirty food it’ll taste good.

   Ridiculously overpriced. Paid £8.50 for small wrap meal.. Chips came overcooked in soggy oil. The wrap was really small about 1 inch circumference. No salad bearly any chicken. First time i ordered here definitely would be the last. I do not recommend this place.
