   Usually when I choose Indian restaurant I used to go for Non Veg, but when my friend took me here, from the first starters we had till the last tea, each dish and each bite was so fulfilling to the mouth and soul at the same time. The service was very polite and fast, we got every dish blazing hot. The spice level was moderate, same as any Indian restaurant in UK.

   Really delicious, fast and friendly service, can be a short queue at busy times. We both went for the mini tiffin and masala tea, but don't let "mini" fool you, it's a good portion really good food. We'll have to go again for all the other things we saw on the menu.

   A Truly Exceptional Experience at Vasantha Vilas, East Ham :-) I recently revisited Vasantha Vilas in East Ham after almost two years, and I’m delighted to say that the excellence I experienced back then has not only remained but feels even more refined today. Two years ago, I visited this restaurant for a couple of days and was blown away by the outstanding food. With those same high expectations, I walked in again this morning—and what else can I say? The food continues to be extremely wonderful, just as I remembered. While the dishes were absolutely delicious, what truly elevated my experience this time were the three amazing women at the front: Amrita, Sahithi, and Merlin. Their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency were remarkable. From customer service to taking orders, table service, cleaning tables, and managing Uber orders—they handled everything with impressive coordination and grace. Their teamwork alone is worth applauding. Of course, great service at the front is backed by great organization behind the scenes. I have immense respect for the chefs and the entire kitchen and support staff whose hard work consistently results in such high-quality food. And a special appreciation goes to the owners for establishing such a well-structured, customer-focused process. It’s clear that this restaurant values excellence at every level. I’m confident that even if I return again after another two years, the experience will only continue to be more positive and powerful. Thank you, Vasantha Vilas, for a wonderful service and a memorable meal :-)

   I ordered Ghee Roast dost it was too good, crispy & fresh, how i like it & reasonably priced as well compared to the portion & 3 variety of sauces & sambar as well. All 3 sauces were tasty too! The green one had unique taste which i haven’t tried before with dosa. I ordered Dahi Puri & Medu Vada as starter & Medu Vada never came but i wasn’t charged for it either. Dahi Puri was tasty as well but was missing a bit of tanginess, so i ordered imli (tamarind) sauce on the side & it gave that kick to my taste buds which was missing before. Filter coffee was great too & kaju katli as well; not too sweet!

   Amazing food and service. One of the best in East Ham. Food portions are good, delivery time is quick. Menu is elaborate. A better choice over Sarvana Bhavan to avoid the crowd and better spice levels. It's worth a shot!

   It's the Asian version of a greasy spoon. The food is delicious and so different to the usual Indian restaurants. If you want posh service then you won't be happy but if you want fresh tasty Dosai then this is the place to be. Great quality food in a clean environment.
