Most of the things I asked for on the menu, they didn't have, so ended up with jollof rice and fried plantain - which was ok, nothing special. Gulder was overpriced at £8/bottle and, unfortunately, Id sat in the back section which had an overwhelming smell of bad drains from the toilet - overall, not a great experience.

Afro restaurant bar and lounge. Food is super duper. You not only get to eat and drink, you dance also. So come prepared with your dancing shoes. Form 10pm you may struggle to get a table cos at this time it's packed with people like me waiting to have a taste of this joint's delicacies. Try their grilled fish, (the best in London by the way ) and thank me later.

Good African spot to hang out If you like busy places, go on Saturday night. Ensure you pre booked a seat. Parking is a bite of an issue, but you can drive around to Tesco. It's just 2 mins walk. I love the grilled fish and yam. Though I will recommend the do a price review.

I didn't visit here for a meal really. I went late at night to hang out with some friends and it was more clubbing than restaurant by that time except for the crowded tables. I must say, the DJ understood the assignment and he delivered. As I didn't eat here, I can't say much about the food. I just know it gets too crowded when people start arriving late at night for the music, food and to hang out. The atmosphere is buzzing by that time but if you like crowded, there you go. That's the only reason I gave a 4 star. They have parking on site but when that's exhausted, you will have to find parking on the streets. I went here for the DJ and I had no regrets.

Anyone going to dine at 042 should place order ahead of time else you will wait for hours aside that, their meals are really nice. They have one of the best BBQ Fish in London

Authentic and tasty Nigerian dishes, the suya and Edikaikong were above expectations. The fish dishes came in very large portions especially the Tilapia. Sadly what lets this place down is the service. The individual servers were friendly and courteous but very thinly spread. So you waited for an acceptable long time to be served. A bit more organisation and hiring more staff on a weekend would make this place a great spot to enjoy southern Nigerian cuisine.

I had the best fish I have ever had in London at 042 Takeaway Ltd. It was a beautiful night indeed and the music playing was fire the DJ is too lit, it felt like a club and I saw myself dancing all night long. I definitely love the food, I love the vibes, it is an amazing place and I am definitely visiting again soon.
