   I want to share my disappointing experience at the Orpington branch. After I had already placed my order, a staff member approached me to say that dogs were not allowed, even though I had my 2-month-old puppy inside her closed carrier bag, completely out of sight. I explained that she was calm, quiet, and staying inside the bag without causing any disturbance, but they still insisted that I could not remain there. What makes it even more frustrating is that London is supposed to be a pet-friendly city, yet it is still surprisingly difficult to find places where you can comfortably eat with your dog—even when they are fully contained and not bothering anyone. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

   The food is good however the service is far from it. There was one woman who was being made to do everything whilst the two guys at the back stood around with one just on his phone whilst we were waiting 20+ minutes for our food (which was just sitting there getting cold) They are too focussed on taking more orders and serving the delivery’s than actually giving you your food that you’re waiting for. I will never come back here and would not recommend anyone to come here.

   Good food, excellent and friendly staff but the air conditioning is very cold. last night we decided to dine in and it was extremely cold and unbearable while eating our milk inside Smacks Orpington. I hope they will adjust and change the thermostat/ temperature of the air conditioning to allow and make sure that customers are comfortable inside while eating their food.

   The best burger joint to get mouth watering burgers! Was served by Rafi who works there and overwhelmed by the service. The interior deisgn is instagram pic worthy and the flooring design I have never seen with all sort of pink swirly patterns. Very chilled out and atmospheric enviroment. If you haven't already been there I suggest you go now and try "The Brisket Burger" its out of the world!

   First food I’d consumed after my op and the burger and fries did not disappoint - great quality, even if a little pricy. Ollie and his team were also helpful and attentive, and the Oreo milkshake was an absolute dream!

   Really good burgers at a reasonable price. They seem to have struck a good balance of price and taste. Similar to 5 guys but without the price, the fries were good enough but nothing distinct about them like the other chains which is not necessarily a bad thing. The wings were full flavoured and the shakes refreshing. Couple if things to bear in mind the seating is very limited and the Turkey burger is not turkey. Not sure why they call it that.

   I was craving a five guys but though I’d give Smack Hamburgers a try. It was 100% the right decision. The burger patties were so succulent and melted in your mouth. It honestly hit every single craving spot. This is my new top burger spot. Tasty and filling. 10/10

   So good wow! I ordered the honey and mustard wings which were amazing must try and chicken burger with crossed fries. Burger was perfect, warm and juicy and the fries with the smacks sauce delicious! Def recommend and definitely ordering again
