   I had the pork bowl. The pork was spot on and the service size was generous. The meat had a good home cooked feel to it and was full of flavour.

   Used to go here regularly years ago but went recently and now badly disappointed. The service on this occasion felt unfriendly, and the beef in the beef burrito was extremely small for the price [charged an extra £1 for the medium size] I hope thing get better.

   Zam’s does this look like extra cheese? I ordered through deliveroo and I paid for extra cheese, firstly you didn’t even give me a normal amount, secondly the bowl wasn’t even full, secondly I paid extra for beef AND pork and only got pork.. You are really stingy with portion sizes considering how much you cost. You’ve put me off ordering again because wth, how is that EXTRA CHEESE?!

   Really quick and really tasty, plus the vegan options were the same price and actually decent so that's a major plus. The food is in front of you behind glass so you can see that it's all fresh. Surprisingly though my burrito was a bit cold.

   writing this as i eat it, firstly the staff was incredible kind and helpful with what to pick etc, and after watching them make the food and others (very carefully and with care!) i had high hopes. It certainly delivered as the food tastes exceptionally fresh and good. I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing the somewhat negative reviews i had to write my own as i am genuinely very pleased after eating here. please give this a try!

   The store was clean , tidy , spacious , modern , bright , vibrant , sleek and unique which is good. The food is mouthwatering , delicious , flavourful , fresh , hot , well portioned , lots of options to put any fillings and tasty. The staff are friendly , responsive , efficient , respectful , professional , understanding , well mannered , sociable , attentive and always serve with a smile. The price is little bit overpriced but it can be cheaper then it would be better overall on the price. I went there today and I brought chicken quesadilla with two for £7.20 which is little bit overpriced but the taste of was good. Go there because you will enjoy the food and if you don’t then you will regret it until you go there to try the food.

   Obsessed with this place and go there 2-3 times a week! The food always tastes really fresh. Surprised to see so many bad reviews, but they all seem to be for takeaway, so maybe burritos don’t travel well? I always pop in to get mine and make sure it’s made to my liking. My only complaint is they’ve closed earlier than advertised a couple of times, and staff didn’t make me aware of the loyalty card system (I bought about 7 burritos before I realised it even existed - annoying!) but I still recommend this Zambrero to everyone.

   Very disappointed! Due to religious reasons I am a strict veggie. I always specify on the order comment section to ensure this is a veggie order even when choosing veggie options. I bite into chicken! Careless mistake which staff need to more aware off. I advise urgent staff training as this can ruin a customers experience. I won’t be visiting or ordering from here again!
