   100% the best Nando’s in the whole UK and all because of the staff. The food was great but the staff was so so nice and looked after us so well. The girls are always happy and positive and absolutely amazing!!! Will be coming back!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

   Poor customer service - The guy who gave us menu didn't give us adequate information about what was expected from us and assumed we knew we should conclude our order with the codes. We ended up waiting for almost an hour before being served. The staff need more training on customer service

   I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando’s Orpington recently. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively — perfect for a casual bite with great vibes. But what truly made the visit special was the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Ankish. Ankish was outstanding throughout the entire meal. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. He took the time to explain menu options, offered great recommendations, and ensured everything arrived promptly and just as ordered. His energy was positive, his service was seamless, and he added a real personal touch that took our experience to the next level. The food, of course, was classic Nando’s — flame-grilled perfection! Our meals were cooked just right, piping hot, and full of flavour. You can never go wrong with the peri-peri chicken, and the sides were spot on too. All in all, this was one of the best Nando’s visits I’ve had, thanks in large part to Ankish. I’ll definitely be back again soon — and I hope to be seated in his section next time too!

   Have loved Nandos since eating at one in South Africa years ago. Really tasty and vibrant food, served by friendly staff. Spicy chicken, chips and a very fresh salad along with a cold beer - fantastic after a film at the Odeon. Reccomended.

   If I had any more cash I would have left the the biggest tip today. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming , really helpful and couldn't do enough for me and my 1 year old. Absolutely outstanding nandos thank you for such a pleasant experience.

   I have been to this place numerous times with my family. The place is brilliant to dine in. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance here is absolutely fantastic. So why I gave a 2* rating? I did an order through the Nando's app to deliver food at my home address. I was devastated to see that 9 out of the 10 chicken wings were burned to crispy charcoal level. I couldn't believe someone took the pain to pack it and to deliver 9 pieces of chicken charcoal to my home. To top up my agony, when I called their number, the Nando's staff disowned me and asked me to call up Deliveroo support to address my concern of unable to eat chicken charcoal pieces. I can't believe that for the food I ordered from Nando's app I have to call Deliveroo for them to take ownership of the pieces of charcoal that was delivered! I am wondering if I'm in a strange dream or something even when I'm typing this review, because this is unbelievable! Never will I order food from this place. Unbelievable guys!

   A lovely meal for our son's birthday. Good quality food, well presented. Order processed and fulfilled in good time. Excellent attention to detail by manager/chef to cater for our son's dairy free diet, most of the main menu appears to be dairy free or able to be made dairy free by removing optional butter. Be aware there are currently no dairy free desserts only lactose free.
