   Ordered a take away, food arrived with multiple hairs in. It made me feel so sick as I had started eating the food and was gagging so hard I threw the rest in the bin. I contacted nandos who basically said because I had no photos, they would do nothing about it. It’s disgusting ! Totally avoid this restaurant. They treat regulars badly.

   I recently visited Nando’s Loughton and had a mixed experience. The food itself was very good — tasty, fresh, and exactly what I expected from Nando’s. However, the temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. I actually had to keep my coat on while eating, which really took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Overall, great food but the restaurant definitely needs to sort out the heating to make the dining experience more comfortable.

   They must have changed the chef because the last three times the chicken has barely any flavour or seasoning ? I know we're in a cost of living crisis but u have plenty of sauce bottles in there so why arent you using it? A watery drizzle on the top no point in choosing a flavour. Save ur money and get a Chinese instead

   A Nandos who has some incredibly hard working staff, I’m not sure if young Bella is a manager but she posses a lot of skills with a tremendous work rate perfect to work with people. The customer service provided from this member of stuff has been exceptional as always Liv! Keep smashing it. I’ve had to ask these members their names today because I felt it made sense to leave a review like this.

   Food was nice and quick, staff was so friendly especially Katylin i think she has a butterfly tattoo behind her ear. She was so nice and friendly and kept checking if we need anything at all, amazing staff member and you can tell she loves her job. Never experienced good customer service like hers. Will defo go back!!!!!

   It's probably the most poorly run out of all the nandos I've been to. Extremely slow service, often mistakes with orders, chips are often cold. They often don't understand fairly simple things and have to be explained numerous times. Often they to call a manager over for simple stuff. One member of staff is 1 thing but this is most times I'd say there is an issue. So I won't eat here anymore because it's quite stressful and nandos is supposed to be chill. This isn't.

   I just received my Nando’s order, and I already could tell that the delivery was wrong, the chips are cold and not Peri, what I ordered, with my chicken it’s bone dry with no sauce on the chicken or in the bag, Absolutely disgusting, It really isn’t that difficult, looking at an order and getting it correct, I work in hospitality myself and I would be mortified if I gave my order to a customer, thinking it was a suitable for them! Is overall just embarrassing.

   Freezing cold waited nearly 30 mins for food then cold. childrens chicken ordered plainish really spicy. Left half of it.the 2 tables next to us also complained

   Yet again another failed takeaway order from this Nandos. A year after leaving this 1 star review we’ve had another yet another terrible takeaway from this branch,not one sauce being put in which ruined the whole meal as my burger was dry and barely marinated (usually get given lots with Harlow branch) tiny portion sizes for our sides compared to other nandos and beanie pitta not cooked properly. When I phoned to complain there was little to no help at all and was just met with “we’ll take these points on board and make sure it won’t happen again” laughable as I will never order from here again. I just couldn’t be bothered to complain anymore as it seemed like it would just waste my time rather than get something resolved!

   Very friendly staff, food was great but was in there at 9pm and ordered the bottomless ice cream but had to eat it with a fork as no spoons. Member of staff said it was where they all in the dish wash. Was a bit of a little thing that could of been sorted easy. Not a total let down but left a bit of a negative feel.
