were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. The restaurant also caters for all tastes by providing a large selection of the best wines of the region, which are pricy but worth sampling. Hoping to visit again. Thanks

Our Order wasn’t ready for collection at the time set, but that’s expected on a Friday night as it’s busy. They got a dish wrong so had to wait longer. Got home to find the salmon tandoori was raw, the onion bhaji was so oily, the popadoms were also oily and stale and they had given us veggie samosa instead of meat. Will stick to forest tandoori

Shame it changed from Chilli, which was the best Indian ever! This place is a rip off. The same meal we have every week went up £12 in one week! I was told it was because they use top quality produce. The person answering the phone just seems totally confused with the whole set up. Having used Chilli for years, we thought we would continue using Dhool who has taken over but we will not be using them in the future. I know everything has gone up in price, but seriously, how can the same meal cost £36 one week and £48 the next!!!!

I had a business meeting tonight with a new client so we met for a meal at Dhool Authentic Indian Restaurant in Loughton. This is what I had which was delicious . It was Tandoor Salmon with Basmati Rice and a fresh salad . I loved the food and the staff are all very friendly and helpful . Highly recommended!

We ordered via Just-Eat and were very pleased with the great quality of food and delicious taste. It also arrived quickly. A bit surprised by the negative reviews. Definitely will order again.

Table of 4 on a quiet Friday, we were not given a menu after 40mins and asking several times. Server was confused by the table numbers 1-7 and therefore kept counting them out loud and pointing - Only 4 tables were occupied. We left after a round of drinks and poppadoms. Was even ignored when trying to pay to leave with no real apology or acknowledgement of the issues. Hopefully teething problems. Good location for parking but that's all the 2 stars are for for now!

Very disappointing. Ordered a £15 'tandoori mega mix' that was supposed to consist of prawns, lamb chops, chicken thighs, sheekh kebab and tandoori paneer and all I got was NO prawns, NO chops, two tasteless chicken legs, ONE sheekh kebab, one tiny cube of paneer, two scratty bits of chicken (not advertised) and three scrattier bits of lamb (also not advertised). Absolute robbery. Then we had the alleged Hyderabadi lamb biryani that was advertised to come with raita, but it came with a veg curry instead. The website went down when I was ordering so I had to call them and it became apparent that they are trading as Dhool, but their system is still working as the previous Indian that was there called 'Chilli Indian Loughton'. Paying with my card it even still shows as Chilli's! Something funny about this place. I think they've sent me the food that Chili's used to make but charged the prices of Dhool. The girl who took my order actually said to me "do you want Chillis or Dhool?" When I queried her she explained very confusingly to me. I certainly won't be going back. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! Be very, very wary of this place that's all I'll say. Maybe stick to your usual Indian takeaway.
