   I was really disappointed today with my experience of the so called wing shack, been to wing shack many times before but haven’t been in the last year. Done my usual placed an order on line for pick up. Parked up in the car park walked around the corner to find the shop was closed, phoned the shops number and some one answered and I asked why the shop was closed. They said they had relocated to 247 high road Loughton me not thinking nothing of it walked to the shop maybe thinking they had just re located, when I got to the address it was not wing shack it was a shop called tz peri peri. I asked where wing shack was and they replied with they are working in the back kitchen of are shop which I fort was a bit strange, I asked to see one of the chiefs and they said this is not possible. When they passed me my order I checked the food to my disgust I knew straight away this was not wing shack standards. Straight away I asked again to speak to wing shack staff and they refused. I then asked for a refund because what they passed me of as food I wouldn’t feed my dog. I would avoid ordering any food on the wing shack website because you will have the same experience as me, because they are still charging the same money for a higher standard of food when that is not the case. Avoid at all costs !!!! I contacted my bank so they could cancel the pending transaction and all so have been advised to contact trans union. Staff are very rude and very unprofessional

   I recently ordered the Jarvs boneless tangy buffalo and I was very disappointed by the order. The food shown in the actual image looks nothing like the one I received. It tasted absolutely bland and ngl, it actually felt like the shop just took mc donalds nuggets, cut them up and poured the least amount of sauce possible. It's my first time ordering from here for my birthday and I have never been more disappointed. I won't recommend this store.

   Cane in at the last hour of service, shop wasn't too busy so got a booth syrsight away menu is small and simple and we got different types of wings and burger and wrap. Food was tasty and decent portion and the price wasn't too bad. Service from the two waitresses was good and was Efficient and quick, will definitely come again

   Wings: Tangy Buffalo and Honey and Sesame The Tangy Buffalo was disappointing, it tasted like a big standard sauce with minimal flavour The Honey and Sesame was crispy and flavoursome Burgers: Banging Buffalo and BBQ Burger The BBQ Burger was defiantly the better one out of the two. Cali Loaded Fries: I was massively disappointed with this. There were hardly any toppings on it and it was tasteless.

   Awesome place! I cannot recommend this place enough. We're so glad that we came across it and decided to check it out. The food was AMAZING and the buffalo wings were so delicious. The Cali loaded fries are THE BEST. But putting all that aside, the service was by far the best we've experience in London! Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is just another level. Special shout-out to Miguel who served us and explained everything as it was our first time. We don't live local, but we'd definitely drive back to that specific branch for the awesome and friendly service. Thanks guys.

   Best wings I’ve had to date. Always come here on Wednesdays for 2 for 1 wings. Mango Mazzaline has to be the best flavour for me, sweet with that kick of scotch bonnet fragrance. Have also tried other flavours and yet still delicious. Loaded fries is just moreish with the lashings of different cheeses. Hidden local gem and a must try!

   A highly recommend trying this place. I had never tried a chicken thigh burger, but absolutely loved it. The blue cheese sauce was a great addition. I got the cheesy fries to go with it, perfect amount of cheese. What I liked most about the cheesy fries is that they didn't drench it in sauce like other places do. I enjoyed my meal here and would definitely return.
