   Why on earth did you take our order, tell us it would be ready in 25 minutes, then we get there and the shop is completely shut and no one is answering the phone?????? What on earth kind of business model is that lmaoooo, never order from this place ever ! They say they’re open until midnight ??? And they took our order genuinely 20 mins prior LOOOOOL - awful business don’t give them your money!

   March 2024 update: Sadly this excellent restaurant looks to have closed. Before the security shutters went down the interior looked abandoned. I don't really want to post this review because this is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area and I'd rather it stayed a "best kept secret". Quality, value, service - all good

   I really enjoy the food here, it’s proper nice. And just like Del Trotter, I’m a bit of a ‘curry connoisseur’! I had a lovely meal here last night, and it just reminded me to visit more. Perfect size portions, freshly cooked and piping hot, really tasty too. I’ll be back soon!

   Was delivered a peshwari naan thet was plain naan filled with sugar. The dhansak was plain chilly there was no sweet or sour element of flavour to it. Super disappointed as it ruined my evening! Indian food is about explosions of different flavours. Unfortunately, just the fact that this place is relatively on the cheaper side pricewise, does not make up for the poor food and flavour.

   We’ve been ordering from here for 10 years now. Sat in the restaurant a couple times as well but mostly had takeaways.. great delicious food. Good customer service. When there was an mistake in our order, they worked quick to correct the problem. Nicest delivery guy, little Indian man always delivers our food and he’s always polite when we see him. Overall a great place to eat in or out.. I recommend it.

   I don't like to post negative reviews .....however....I called to order a takeaway and once I finished ordering three dishes I asked the waiter to hold for one minute to ensure my order was final .... Who whispered "oh god". Regrettably it's the local Indian and little would anyone else know that authentic Indian food gets a lot better than this. I work hard and on days that I'm exhausted it was a last resort. Prior to experiencing such rudeness they thought it was ok to fill just two thirds of the the take awaycontainers. Never again
