   Me and my wife had a wonderful experience at this place. We were just 2 , but wanted to move to a big table. Even though it was busy, Shreya happily moved us. She even checked back on us. Durga was even welcoming. It was a great experience. Will be back again.

   I regularly visit Nando’s, usually around three times a week, but my experience at the Woolwich branch was very disappointing. The customer service felt unwelcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quite negative. Several staff members appeared disengaged, which made the experience uncomfortable as a customer. My meal was served cold, and when I raised this, the response felt defensive rather than helpful or apologetic. Unfortunately, this lack of care and professionalism really stood out compared to other Nando’s locations I frequent. This is easily the worst Nando’s I’ve visited, and I hope management can address the customer service and food quality issues to bring this branch in line with the standards expected from the brand.

   I love Nando’s — fast yet delicious food as always. They’ve just had a refurbishment, and the new art is really nice. The food was great as usual. I think they might have changed the burger buns because they’re much nicer than before. The fries were great, the half chicken was a big piece and worth the price, and of course the refillable soft drinks are always a win. Staff were nice and friendly too.

   When we went to Nando's in Woolwich and the second we arrived we were warmly welcome by this kindly lady who showed us a table. She continued to assist us with queries we had throughout our meal. The food was delicious and well spiced. The daughter tried the hot periperi chicken thighs, and my son ate the vegetarian option of burgers, which he absolutely enjoyed. Other son went for spiced fries with his chicken. He found the spice bit too salty. But all in all, it was a good super for everyone

   We love to go to Nandos, and to get Nandos delivered. Today we received the worse vegetables ever. Please check the pic as the corn looks 1week old, burned and rotten inside, the peas come with a strange strong smell, and the salad portion contains almost no salad at all. After talking with helpline, I received refund for the corn and peas, but for the salad I was advised to talk with the restaurant it self and give them my feedback. So sad seeing such a nice restaurant chain degrading so badly

   I went in I was greeted nicely from the security guard in Nando’s he opened the door I waited few seconds when a really nice Nando’s staff came up to me greeted very well good manner dressed smart took us to a freshly cleaned table told me clearly how to order my food & drinks from my table and said any problems go to tills 8 mins later food arrived well cooked good side portions good back ground music Good atmosphere clean restaurant all staff were at there best naming one Solomon goes the extra mile good service mate we’ll done his appearance was good overall he is a asset to the company and I would visit this branch again food well cooked all staff were nice

   This is my first Nando’s experience of a poor standard. We out with the family and waited over 45 minutes on a not so busy Sunday evening. The response from one of the staff was “they forgot about us” which was quite frankly very disappointing. As the group who came in after us were served promptly ate their food and left before our starters even arrived. The food itself was good as expected, On top of the poor customer service, the cleanliness here was below standard. Toilets were filthy and seating are was dusty. I wouldn’t personally be coming here again.
