   Booked a table for four yesterday to catch up with old friends. The manager was accommodative in allowing us to choose our table, there is convenient parking outside, and the décor, music and overall ambience were genuinely nice. We ordered a mix of non-veg and soya starters and mains. Unfortunately, the food itself was very average overall. The starters were presented well but arrived lukewarm and lacking flavour. The mains were the biggest disappointment all dishes completely bland, with no real depth or seasoning. The staff were friendly, but service was slow and lacked basic attention to detail. Food was served without plates, and we had to ask multiple times for glasses, which should really be standard. We dine out regularly on a weekly basis and have plenty of good local options, so expectations were reasonable rather than unrealistic. We raised the issues with the manager, but there was no apology or acknowledgement of the experience. Instead, we were simply asked to order something else next time, with no effort to address the problems or offer any gesture of goodwill. Based on this experience, we’ll be going back to our usual place rather than returning here.

   We had a 50th Birthday party for 100 guests. Gurav and the whole team were excellent and attentive. Food served on time and very tasty. Drinks were served to our guests without delays. Good venue and team for holding parties.

   We arrived around 7:30pm on a Saturday, and although it had been a while since I’d visited a lounge, this one truly impressed. The atmosphere was calm and inviting when we walked in. The staff greeted us warmly, handed us the menus, and guided us to our table with ease. We ordered the Savacco Passionova shisha, which had great longevity and smooth flavour. For food, we went all in: Punjabi Samosa Chaat – rich, tangy, and perfectly spiced Sticky Lamb Chops – absolutely phenomenal, a solid 10/10 Chilli Chicken Fries – fiery, bold, and packed with flavour Lamb Biryani – deeply aromatic and satisfying, topped with a delicious naan We asked for everything to be spicy, and they nailed it. Each dish delivered on taste and heat without compromising on quality. As the evening progressed, the lounge filled up, but the service remained consistently attentive. Staff checked in to ensure we were happy and offered anything else we might need. Final thoughts: Great food, excellent shisha, and top-tier service. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

   The venue was amazing; the food and staff were good. The portion size was a bit small, but everyone enjoyed the food. The ambiance added to the experience, with soft lighting and tasteful decorations that created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

   Wait to be seated was long for no apparent reason. The service was good, very attentive, but a big gap in middle of meal with no staff about so that we could get their attention. The food took quite long to come out but when it did, it was fabulous, worth the wait! Will definitely be returning.

   Food was okay but nothing special for an Indian. The tandoori platter and prawns were a bit salty. The lamb shank was nice but I felt like it was missing something. The fish pakoras and the butter chicken were delicious and so were cassava chips were delicious.

   Nice ambience, very good customer service and mouth-watering authentic Indian food served at this place. Staff members are very professional, courteous, friendly and quick with providing service. They have Happy hour cocktails on weekends and weekday at particular time. Make sure to book a table to avoid waiting, as this place is very popular and packed! A must try Indian restaurant!
