   Had a brilliant meal at Monsoon Indian in Hainault. Mo and Alam looked after us like family — such genuine guys who really cares about their customers. The chicken jalfrezi was spot on, the naan was soft and buttery, and the saag paneer and Bombay potatoes were banging. Everything tasted fresh and served hot. The beer on draft was ice cold and went down perfectly with the curry. Great food, great service — we’ll definitely be back!

   We have been coming to the Monsoon for over 25 years. The best Indian restaurant in the area by far. Always very yummy food, perfectly prepared and cooked. All staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Love it.

   I went to monsoon resturant last week, and I will not be returning ever again. Personally, this place shouldn't be serving food. We ordered the tandoori lamp chops, and it was very tough, couldn't even cut through it and was extremely chewy. It was so chewy we had to spit it out. The mains came and the butter chicken looked like vomit and tasted disgusting. The chicken tika masala was very sweet and the curry was very grainy. The lamb bhuna was very oily and bland. The best part of the meal was the tap water. When I tried to speak to the manager, he was very defensive and was making excuses for the poor food. He agreed his colleague made a mistake with the food they brought to us but didn't want to make any changes to the bill. Wasn't a good experience and as I said before, I will not be returning again.

   First time trying Indian food, since most places are with bad hygiene ratings. But this place looks amazing, and clean, food that good that I’m eating from them 4 days in a row definitely recommends giving it a go.

   Really nice food and service. I have ordered takeaway from here many times and during 'dine out to help out' we ate here twice. The restaurant isn't that big and one word of warning to anyone wanting to go who has a baby..take your pushchair with you! The one thing that let this restaurant down was that they only have one highchair..I think it would be beneficial to them to invest in at least one more. The first evening we ate there someone else was using the highchair so I had to eat with my baby on my lap..such a shame because the food was amazing but I struggled to enjoy it that day. Second time we went the highchair was available so the meal went more smoothly. Definitely try the restaurant as they make delicious fresh food. The onion bhajis were so soft and tasty!!
