   My friends & I went to this superb restaurant for lunch today. I have been here on numerous occasions. It never dissappoints! . My friends loved it. VIV’s new favourite. I had mussels and skate for main. Vegetables cooked to perfection. I could go on and on how good this restaurant is. Looking forward to coming back soon. 5⭐️+

   Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Food good as it has been every time I have been. The only moan is that the waiters need to learn how to finish pouring wine without leaving drips all over the tablecloth and all over my Mum’s arm every time they topped our the glasses up.

   Had a Birthday dinner few days ago and can only thank for a brilliant service and food.Haven't been there for few years and surprised the restaurant kept the same good quality of food, and service, maybe even better. Didn’t make any pictures this time but everyone was very happy with they food.I don't know any other peoples names working there but they all were very good and polite . It's very good vines available in restaurant.The man name Paul was serving our table ,he he was listening very carefully what vine I like and he recommended very good vine 10 of 10,just perfect.Well done to all stuff,very nice and cosy atmosphere there,big Well done to the chefs. The only thing I want say is not a complaints I didn't ask when we start ordering the food,but it will be nice if customers can be asked about the allergies before ordering food. So is the best Italian restaurant in the area for sure. Inga

   Absolutely amazing hidden gem! All the waiters are elderly Italian gentleman which made the service authentic whilst all being very welcoming & friendly. The food was incredible! We both had fresh pasta for our main - it melts in your mouth. Loved the gnocchi the most! Will definitely be returning ✨

   Really lovely to be so i spoilt only problem was they didn't have lemon sole or Dover sole really disappointing I opted for pasta which was really awful. Really dry and all I could taste was the chile's In future will phone beforehand to check availability

   I have been coming here since 1981 when I was 10 years old. My father took us and his clients here when Valecci opened and me, the same, 25 years later. It was my eldest son’s 21st last night and this is where he wanted to come. 3 generations later and still the same classy experience; The food is exceptional, Enzo and his staff are the best in the business and nothing is too much trouble. If cost is your priority, this is not your kind of restaurant. If first class food served by exceptionally attentive yet subtle waiters in intimate and personal surroundings is what’s required, come here as you’ll never be disappointed.

   This charming restaurant has been used by my family many times over the years. It's not the cheapest but offers a good selection of quality foods especially fish dishes. On my latest visit for a friends birthday in midweek we was expecting the extra choice of a set menu as seen advertised Tuesday to Thursday on the blackboard outside but sadly on arrival this was not available. When seated a selection of the specials mostly fish dishes are presented on show at the table which is informing and entertaining. I went for the lobster in garlic starter which was amazing but sadly the main dish of the T-bone steak was a bit chewy. Desert was the black forest gateau which was delicious. Will definitely revisit but would probably stick to the fish dishes in the future
