   When I went there was Asian guy was serving, he was so rude behaviour, he was taking on the phone on AirPods, not concentrating on customer what I want. Didn’t change gloves while he prepare my order.

   Complaint about service and hygiene at Subway Debden Dear Subway Customer Service, Today, around 10:30 AM, I visited the Subway branch in Debden. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the staff member serving me. The staff member spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional tone. The portion given was significantly smaller compared to what I usually receive at other Subway branches. Most importantly, when I refused to buy the sandwich, it was placed back with the other products, even though it already had ham in it. This poses a serious food safety risk, especially for customers with allergies. This situation left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed as a regular customer of Subway. I kindly ask you to investigate this incident, ensure proper staff training, and address the hygiene issue, as it could seriously affect customer safety. I believe that staff members who treat customers this way should not be working in customer service, as their behavior damages the reputation of Subway.    Very disappointed with this Subway. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and the food was poorly made stale bread, missing ingredients, and cold when it should’ve been warm. Not worth the money or the hassle. Won’t be ordering from here again.

   Best Subway I have been into. Light and airy, very welcoming and clean, with the great smell of the freshly baked bread! Phenomenal work from Rajeev, a really personable manager of the store who supported us with our coeliac (gluten free intolerant party) whilst navigating multiple online delivery orders at the same time. Rajeev is a star and very grateful for the service - really made our experience beyond pleasant, the best Subway I have ever visited! The ratio of the salad to filling and sauce (plentiful southwest!!!) was phenomenal. Thank you Rajeev. Never knew 4pm on a Sunday could be so busy!! :) really loved the waffle fries and hash browns too, able to give lots of sauce. Thank you Rajeev

   Received promotional letter due to new menu upgrade with some vouchers to use at subway, went to the store to use those vouchers but I've been told they won't accept my vouchers due to they have new menu, when I explained him that vouchers came from promotional letter (subway series menu) he still refused me. Vouchers valid till 16th of April 23. Decided to leave and go to nearest local café (cafelicious) with much friendlier staff. I can't comment on food at this subway as I never tried one but staff could be more friendlier and sort this issue in a better way.

   NOT family friendly. Rude arrogant staff not willing to help with young toddlers or babies. Asked for hot water to immerse a pouch of baby food in and was given several excuses and Company policy not to give this dues to safety. The same hot water could be sold though as tea or coffee. Tables left uncleared and dirty and high chairs had food left on them and stuck together. Unhygienic to say the least. Do not waste you money here, please please go elsewhere you'll just be left disappointed. Aimed food items were undercooked and had to be sent back. Contacted customer services for comments and was told I was in the wrong. An investigation had taken place and video footage reviewed to say I had been helped yet I know myself I had to feed by baby cold food due to lack of assistance. Utter fabrication and disrespect for paying customers. Mcdonalds KFC Burgerking do it way better, their staff are friendly and helpful. There is a reason subways a sub brand.

   Food was all mixed up and no one got what they wanted. Delivery was perfect and on time and food was still warm - no problem with that, but I got peppers and tomatoes in my sandwich which i didnt request and got no cucumbers, another sandwich which we also ordered got the cucumbers instead and they used the wrong cheese in all sandwiches also. Very annoying that the people who work here cannot read and follow simple instructions of what we requested to be in the sandwiches - where the hell did they get the peppers and tomatoes from?? Very annoying.

   Been meaning to post this for a while but here goes... Can not fault the service at this branch having both ordered on site and online. The TLC[Vegan] salad is to die for as are the Vegan cookies. Well done to all the staff involved running this shop, especially those on the shop floor!

   It is modern , tidy , clean , spacious , huge , bright , hygienic and sleek place for anyone who needs to order your sub from there which is great place. The staff are friendly , responsive , respectful , professional , attentive , sociable , efficient , well mannered , good communicator and always serve with a smile. The food is mouthwatering , delicious , flavourful , tasty , well prepared , you can make it however you like to make it , fresh and scrumptious for anyone who is picky what goes in their sandwich. The price is little bit overpriced but for anyone who wants a good sandwich with 100% control what goes in to your sandwich and the best part is that anyone can choose from many options such as Turkey , pork , chicken , beef , vegan meatballs and more to count. I have been there few times and I have enjoyed the quality of the service , food because they know how treat customers with the up most respect and do their job well.
