   Not the best but not the worst either. Ordered the special fried rice with pineapple for £6 to takeaway. Food was made quick ready in under 5 minutes on a Friday 8pm. It was tasty, I can see what others say about the neat being bland, but chicken breast is bland. The balance of the overall flavour was good. No peas which got 1 star deducted. I like to think I'm eating healthy.

   The delivery was great they didn't take long. The food had to much salt but other wise it would had been great. I think the cook need training and they may do a good job. For me I will gave 5 star for delivery and 4 star. For the Food

   In all honesty I’m in shock Being a regular customer here always ordering for myself and the family but the food had a massive hair in it and a lot of salt in 3/5 dishes to the point it got sickening and was inedible Ate as much as, as we were hungry and didn’t make food to order from this restaurant. I called to tell the restaurant the issue and I asked for a refund because of the hair and this is a health and safety issue and in general the food was just very very very salty, the first worker said that’s fine a driver will be with you shortly with a refund for the food The driver arrived and said we need the food back in order to give you a refund. I said unfortunately we threw it away and we weren’t told to give the food to process the refund I had to call the restaurant back again to ask them regarding this information and the second worker answered saying yeah we need the food back my colleague told you. I said I promise you, your colleague did not tell me to give the food back for the refund It was practically inedible and your food had hair in it She then responded saying we won’t be taking your order again ever, you think £40’worth of takeaway will make me rich? I responded in a rude manner considering I was being spoken to the same but I was simply shocked at the service from this place as we have been customers for over 3 years! The food is always amazing and I understand sometimes it can go wrong, considering it was very salty initially I let it be because I understand sometimes these things happen but then seeing a whole hair in my food is a different ball game and considering I was very calm and collected when I spoke to the worker I was simply disgusted with the way I was spoken to Never coming back here again, you’ve lost a loyal customer!

   I hate to leave a negative review but feel i need too in this instance. We ordered food from this restaurant On Sat 17th Dec 22, to be delivered by Just Eat. First time of ordering from Top Wok. We did NOT receive our order, and when we phoned them to ask where our order is they did not want to know and their attitude was take it up with Just Eat! They were adamant the food had been delivered to us but couldn't describe our colour door or what was in front of our house to prove it had been delivered.The worse thing of all they made us feel as if we were lying. Yes we raised our voice to them over the phone because of their lack of understanding with a careless attitude after us spending nearly £40. Will not be ordering from this shop again, please be careful for future reference.
