    Picked up food my self and it was ready very fast. Mash don't look nice but it was good. Chicken's coating was far too salty. Unreadable salty but spicy chicken wing coating was perfect.

    Ordered food on Deliveroo and waited an hour and a half.. drove to the kfc and server said waiting on chicken!! Manager said food will be ready in 5 mins.. Deliveroo driver had been waiting to collect for 30 mins.. the place wasn’t even that busy, just poorly run.. it’s certainly NOT fast food

    Most of the food we bought was good but one of the burgers was stone cold, this is not acceptable when you are paying about Β£8 for the burger itself!

    Second bad experience so leaving a review. On this occasion they sold us a new 60 piece popcorn chicken bucket, only had 44 pieces. Previous issue they gave us the completely wrong order. Management need to improve the standards of staff on the floor because clearly they see no consequences for lack of care/attention.

    We visited Swanley KFC at 3:30pm on a Saturday and it was reasonably busy however our experience was not a good one. The floor was not clean, the order screen was offline, the staff were not in any rush to serve the waiting customers and they had clearly not had adequate training in good customer service. I have an intolerance to artificial sweeteners and I asked if the Robinson draft blackcurrant had sugar in or was sugar free (so therefore contained artificial sweeteners that I can’t have) as it was not clear from the description. The member of staff did not know and after I explained my situation I was again just met with the response β€œI’m sorry I don’t know.” I then asked to see their allergy information for the restaurant to see what response I got to that and I was met with β€œyou’ll have to just look online.” I found this extremely worrying that a high profile fast food outlet couldn’t provide a customer with allergy information for their menu when asked. My issue is only an intolerance, so not life threatening, but if I had a serious allergy this would be a far bigger concern. I asked to speak to the manager and their response was also β€œsorry you have to go online.” I do not know if this is KFC policy or just extremely poorly trained staff at this outlet, but my advice is don’t rely on this KFC outlet to advise you if you do have an intolerance or allergy when visiting. The food ordered was acceptable, but I was very unimpressed and felt let down by the service offered.

    This kfc is consistanly terrible every visit. The staff have no basic intelligence, are unable to get an order correct and leave you waiting for 10+ minutes before you are even served. I live 5 mins away and still drive to another one.

    Absolutely fuming! Ordered dinner at 7.25pm via deliveroo and still waiting for it at 9.20 tried calling the restaurant 32 times no answer! I dont drive so am unable to go to collect my order! If u cant deal with the volume of orders then dont allow people to place orders! Will never use again

    This has to be the worst kfc ever...I have been using this kfc for many years now. When the fast food restaurant open the service and food was very good and had no complaints or issues up until recent. Over the last year or so this kfc has been nothing sort of a disaster. The service is terrible with rude and careless staff, furthermore the staff are in desperate need of re-training to rectify these horrifying issues. Then we have the food. The last two times I have ordered kfc to my home, food has missing and arrived cold with some of food disgustingly undercooked... Its very lacklustre and would avoid by all means until one day the management decide to sort the lost course that is kfc swanley.

    This has got to be the worst KFC to be trading to date. Waited 9 mins before anyone even took my order. Then took the lady 30 mins to actually understand and take my order the service here is terrible and needs to seriously be looked into.

    Ordered on deliveroo, items missing from bag which are on printed receipt so KFC not put in bag. Phoned but most unhelpful! They say complain back to delivered. They packed the items and not checking. I'm hungry as my part of order missing. This will be my last order over!!!!
