Our third time coming here and it’s always fantastic. The service and food is superb. We celebrated a birthday at Darjeeling and Sean went above and beyond to make sure we had a special evening. The best Indian restaurant around!
As soon as we arrived, we was greeted by friendly staff, we was made very welcome. We ordered a mixed platter (starter) which was very nice. Food was hot and we wasn't rushed for our mains. Our lamb biriyani was delicious and the sag paneer accompanied it very well. We will definitely be coming back.
This is the first time I've used this restaurant for home delivery and it definitely won't be the last. The food arrived within the hour and was nice and hot and packaged well. The food was absolutely delicious! We had three different mains and sides and we couldn't fault any of them. The portions were generous and the meat tender and full of flavour. The price was very reasonable for what we had and the member of staff taking the order was very polite and friendly. All in all a very good experience. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to my friends.
First time visited this Indian. Really bad experience as although I came in as a walk in which wasn’t really appreciated firstly, I got put by the window as a solo diner. No issues with that. First problem came when my starters main and sides were all delivered at the same time. Not my usual starter followed by others. Hence main food for cold quickly. But my main issue is that a large family or group of people came in whilst I was trying to eat my food and about thirty people were just stuck at the bar area screaming and shouting whilst I was trying to eat. Can’t understand whilst the manager didn’t guide them to their seats as the tables were not occupied. It really put me off my food and I left half of it as I got so upset with the noise level. Please be more considerate to other guests and not just the big crews that will earn you the lolly. The worst Indian experience of hospitality in my life. Shame as the food was very good. When you have just come back from a grieving family a little peace and quiet would have been appreciated. Thanks.
Love this restaurant. The food is always cooked to perfection,obviously if its busy you may wait longer than normal but its worth the wait. Sean is fantastic and will go out of his way to make your dinning experience a fantastic one. And all the staff are happy and friendly.
Ordered a takeaway this evening. Food was lovely. Good price and lovely food. We will definitely be ordering again

New to area and asked on Havering Community for best Indian takeaway's. Darjeeling came up tops! Ordered twice before from there but delivery was very slow as had problems finding our address and time it arrived was cold (but still tasty). Last night was 3rd time lucky though!! Prompt delivery and the food was just beautiful. Highly recommend this place.
We had a great meal here. Customer service was perfect. The place was very busy on a tuesday night, seems a popular choice. Food quality was good and so was the portion size.
