Disappointing Experience at MyShish Romford I recently attended an event at MyShish Romford and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The food quality was poor β€” the chicken wings were undercooked, the chicken shish was lukewarm, the rice was overly salty, and the lamb was tough and dry. For a restaurant that presents itself as a quality dining venue, this was very unexpected. The service was even worse. There were only two waiters trying to serve around 60 guests, which made the entire evening chaotic. Why not hire more staff???? Food was coming out slowly, and some guests from our party ended up helping to serve the dishes and even clearing dirty plates just to keep things moving. Like what? Was a service not paid for??? It took an unreasonably long time to get drinks, and when dessert finally arrived, it was served in foil containers, which felt careless and unprofessional for a pre-booked event. I guess they didn’t want to wash anymore dishes ??? Not all bad though, the dynamite prawns, bread and humous, brownie and ice cream was fantastic only good thing to come from that three course meal. Overall, the experience felt very disorganised and disappointing. MyShish Romford really needs to improve both the quality of their food and their level of service, especially when hosting large groups.

Very nice restaurant. Have lots of options in the menu. Food tasted great. Could have bigger rice portion. Drinks were very nice. Shre was a very good waiter and gave great service. Would highly recommend.

Visited this restaurant with friends. The food was nice, prices generally reasonable and portions generous. I had been recommended MyShish by a friend who had visited their Woodford branch. Perhaps I should have tried that branch. One thing I found a bit odd was that some of the food came on trays instead of plates, which was a little off-putting. Also, it was a bit chilly inside, which wasn't ideal on a cold night! I would have rated it lower however the staff were nice and friendly. There's no parking on site so you will need to find parking.

We had Sisi serve me and my partner and he is definitely the person you want making your cocktails or for entertainment. He made sure we was seated somewhere suitable for our needs and made sure we was comfortable no matter what. When he found out it’s my birthday he came out with a sprinkler. The food is not only affordable but also tasty. Me and my partner enjoyed the wagyu burger best. I would 100% recommend and 100% will be returning.

We had a very nice lunch at My collier in Romford. It wasn't very busy today, perhaps it was a weekday. Sissy, the person attended to us was very helpful and efficient! We loved the food. The healthy fresh orange juice and the carrot juice were good! The bread was so soft and slightly spicy. It came with a very tasty aubergine, green pepper dish called Shakshaka. My main was a grilled chicken wings which came with a nice salad and some long grain rice. Instead of mixing all the vegetables together, they presented them separately, so that if anyone didn't like any of those veggies, they could leave it out and enjoy the rest which was garnish with a nice dressing.

Brunch for two at My Collier that was scheduled the day before. The staff is really accommodating and not at all obtrusive, and the atmosphere is very laid back. There are many options on the menu, including options for vegans and vegetarians, as well as a huge selection of wines. You consume high-quality food. When something is lacking from the table, the crew is always aware and willing to offer advice. The cost-to-quality ratio is excellent.

Went here for breakfast and was pretty good. We all had eggs Royal. Was very flavoursome and come with a salad. The food was quite cold, could have been warmer. Whole restaurant was actually quite cold! Although I do appreciate it is a very cold day. The bill come to Β£47 which is quite expensive. If coffee's were included I would come here more often. Service was very good. The lady was attentive and polite.

I visited for brunch on a Saturday. The place was very empty andd yet the service was awful. Very slow to get water, salt and pepper not provided or sauces. Our waitress seemed very inexperienced. The food was all fine but for the price you do expect a higher standard.. When we asked forr the service charge to be removed our waitress was very rude as opposed to asking for feed back. No manager around to complain to either. If you charge such prices, get the service right!

Service was nice, food was alright, can’t say it was plentiful… and all of those were very expensive! They cramped in way too many tables and chairs so the result is that you can not push your seat out as it bumps into someone else’s seat… All in all good luck to them but we won’t be back!
