    They got my order wrong today, when i asked for lettuce and onions. They added lettuce and mayo (they don’t even sound similar?). When I realised and went back and asked for it be remade, the same coworker insisted that the order was correct and that I asked for mayo, even though I know I didn’t as I have been getting the same order for the past 10 years and never once even thought about getting mayo. They refused to remake the order and we had to pay for another sub so that we could get the right one made. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but at least acknowledge and fix the mistake. Overall poor customer service, never coming to this branch again.

    Subway offers a clean and healthy fast-food alternative. The bread and fillings are freshly prepared. Customization makes each order personal. Sauces add richness and balance to the sub. It’s convenient and easy to order. Definitely worth trying.

    Absolute joke, they have messed up at this store multiple times now. First time they put peppers in my food when I did not request them and I’m allergic. So that was thrown in the bin and they not just eat did anything. And now I’ve ordered food for myself and my brother and I got the footlong sub but nothing else. And I mean nothing, I get if you was to miss an item or two, but to only send me item out of the entire order is a joke. The number that’s online isn’t even the correct one so I’m unable to call them. I highly would recommend not going to this branch. Especially seeing as they’ve gone down hill even more so since September this year, maybe new management that can’t handle the title or a team that should be replaced. And that’s coming from a manager who handles just eat orders.

    Poor service, the staff at this branch are exceptionally slow, they consistently get orders incorrect, and barely say a word during the entire transaction. Today I came in around 1:35pm and decided to skip the poor customer service and order by kiosk. I then stood there and watched as 3 people entered the store, got served and had their food prepared and handed over immediately. After 20 minutes they finally started to make my order.... 2 subs, 30 minute wait, no apology. When I got home, not at all to my surprise I had come to find they made both subs incorrectly, one they made with vegetarian meatballs instead of normal ones, and the other they added olives instead of jalapeños. Looks like they will hire absolutely anyone to work here....

    I recently visited Subway during my break from an NHS night shift, and I had an excellent experience. Suhelir, the staff member who served me, was incredibly friendly, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Despite the late hour, he was attentive and provided exceptional customer service, which really made a difference during a busy and tiring night. My 6-inch sandwich was prepared exactly how I wanted, and Suhelir’s positive attitude truly stood out.

    Service was terrible, the staff wasn't even listening to anything I said and thought just smiling and saying "ok" would resolve everything. The coupons on the app wouldn't work and the staff wouldn't advise on what to do and just insisted I should pay full price and the menu on the screens wasn't matching with what was available. The only vegetarian option was the vege patty but they clearly had vegan steak in a tray, I asked about it and all they would do is clarify that it was vegan steak... If nothing on the menu indicates the product I don't know how I'm supposed to just trust that it is actually vegan. An all round terrible experience and I won't ever be returning to this branch.

    The man working the thil who had an unreadable name badge refused to honour the offer, despite the fact that I clearly showed him that the restaurant is participating. He then tried to gaslight me into thinking that he applied the offer, trying to trick me into paying full price.

    Awful service. Missed off half of our order and the subs didn’t even have any sauce we had requested on. Didn’t pick up when calling. Had to then pay again for delivery to get the original items we had ordered. Disgusting service

    Ordered for delivery, missing half of it. No way of contacting store to find out where it is because they won't pick up the phone. Terrible service seems to be the rule not the exception with this place.
