Five stars across the board isn’t over the top. And depends on what you was looking for. We wanted a nice pub with good food a comfortable atmosphere and good service. And we got that in abundance. This ticked every box for me and my entire family tonight. And so a massive thank you to Mark and his dad Mick for how hospitable they was. A pubs only as good as the people that run it and that was very apparent today.

We went for a meal on a Sunday afternoon, the pub is very clean and cosy. The waitering staff were excellent, attentive and pleasant. We all had Sunday roast with different people ordering different meat. The meal was ok but nothing special, the corn fed chicken was a little dry and the beef was a little stringy. The dessert was very good, overall a pleasant afternoon with friends in a cozy pub.

Had such a great experience at The Rabbits Pub thanks to Laura! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel looked after the whole time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing everything ran so smoothly, and she handled things with total confidence. She’s got real manager vibes very organised, professional, and still manages to keep things relaxed. It’s rare to get service that feels both personal and professional at the same time, but Laura absolutely nailed it. Food was really nice one of the few places i have enjoyed food in a pub atmosphere Definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back

At this gastro pub, the portion of the fish and chips is huge! The beer batter was light and crispy, and even though they had run out of triple-cooked chips, the skin on fries were lovely. The crushed, minty peas were the best I’ve ever eaten! So fresh and perfectly seasoned. Will be back to try their roast dinner

Booked last minute after trying to find somewhere locally for a roast. Can only say wow, most definately the best roast we have had out in a long time! Delicious. Not cheap but where is nowadays. Highly recommend.

I booked for sunday roast and we were a party of 6. Roast was fantastic and so was the rocher cheesecake. My two children had the mini roast which they thoroughly enjoyed. We were seated in the glass extension and it was toasty warm. Will definitely visit again.

Second visit to The Rabbits. Chose for Father's Day meal. Everything was perfect. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, they can't do too much for you. Food was fantastic. I loved the feta and watermelon salad, so refreshing! My special of cod, spinach capers and new potatoes in garlic and olive oil was just divine and my other half had the trio Sunday roast which he enjoyed and I sampled and also liked! I desserts were also fab. We will be back. It takes a lot to get food and service right on Father's Day and they aced it.

We were passing by this place and made a u-turn because it looked very cute. And found out that it has really nice little garden in the back. Little cute pub. Did not try the food. Just had some drinks with sweet potato fries and fries were so tasty. I imagine food must be tasty as well. Garden is so relaxing and has a beautiful scenery. Staff was nice too. I reccomend.

We found The Rabbits through a "good old fashioned" Google search looking for somewhere half way between where we and some friends live, with the criteria of allowing the dogs in and being near somewhere we could walk the dogs after food. I forgot to take pictures of the mains, which were an excellent roast lamb and pork (beef, chicken and nut roast were also available) while the kids wanted hamburgers. The food was excellent, service likewise, two hours flew by. Prices reasonable but worth it for the quality. We'll go again if we need another "half way house".
