   Staff doesn't know how to cook food properly, normally in subways they heat the patty then put cheese then heat again. Here she heat everything together and patty is cold most of the time.

   I liked it very much,they will give you a cup for £1.50 And will let you re fill it as many times as you please for free!If you do not like any of the sandwiches ,you can choose your own bread and ingredients so make sure to get this fantastic sandwiche!!!!-from:the little girl that always comes there every morning with her sister and dad.

   I love Subway food and am a regular customer. I'm giving a 1 because the service there really annoys me. The employees are not friendly and smiling. They have no approach and communication towards customers. This is not normal for me. I also give an example because I frequent the Bexleyheath site and have never had bad service there. I will never visit your site in Erith again. Extremely rude and unfriendly

   Absolutely amazing and friendly staff; definitely the best Subway in the area, I've been going a while and the staff are super friendly and do remember you. Great portion sizes and I've gotten to know the staff and chat to them, always very helpful.

   The food was nice, nothing special, but I couldn't understand what the 2 women working behind the counter said, they had a very strong accent, that's the reason for the 2 stars. I didn't really get what I wanted, because of communication problems.

   Have been to different Subway but this erith store is the best store, outstanding service, i visited this store and this the best customer service i have ever experienced in my life, the store is very clean, food preparation area outstanding, team work and a very welcoming smile that change my day for good.    I went to subway for the first time and ordered a sandwich and it was good. The guy who served me was nice and we had nice conversation(he looked like a professional sandwich maker) and the sandwich was made quickly. Definitely will go again.
