2hrs and 20minutes for a cold, tasteless curry on a saturday night, genuinely the worst Indian I've ever tasted. Chips are bank with a W... Staff couldn't give two hoots. Go via Uber or bank charge back for a full refund of your money. Dreadful establishment happy to take money for a service they clearly aren't able to provide.
Nigh on two hour wait for food. No apologies when delivered. Food Luke warm. Honestly the worst "tika" kebab I've ever had in my life. Zero taste. Binned. Avoid
Absolutely abysmal service, food is always lovely but taking up to 2 hours and above is beyond a joke. Every year they seem to get worse. Ordered a good 5 times and there always late by an hour and above. Keeping the phone off as well is a great sign of a rubbish business and can't stress this enough to. They need new management or close because they can't run this business like this. Avoid or go and collect your self don't get it delivered. Lost another customer congratulations.

Very poor experience. We ordered online. Message to say it would be delivered 30 to 40 mins. An hour later we rang to ask if it was on its way. Again at that moment we got another message to say it was on its way (Ormskirk to Burscough) 30 minutes later another telephone call to ask when it would be delivered. After arguing with me to say we had received it when we hadn't she put the phone down on me. The meals arrived 10 minutes later, just about warm. Will not be ordering from them again
The lamb tandoori and chicken tikka masala was ok, onion Bhaji was nice. However the chips were basically wet they were so soggy, the popadoms were inedible, they’ve managed to burn them and undercook them in one go. And the mint yoghurt sauce, I don’t know where to begin, anything this colour should not be served, the amount of food colouring in this is terrible, looks like a tub of play dough. Never again!
Ordered my food at 5pm for delivery at 6.45pm. Now 7.35 and no food. Called up and was told the food is ready and they are waiting for.the delivery driver, should be 15 minutes. That was at 7.10. So even when the food arrives it will have gone cold as it was made over half an hour ago. Shame as the food here has been good but when you order for a specific time (I've got young children that need their tea and then bed) and it is almost an hour late and hasn't yet arrived I can't rate it other than 1 star. **EDIT. Food arrived at 7.50. Ordered at 5pm for 645pm. Increasing by 1 star as food was good and hot but delay still unacceptable.
