The mixed grill was bursting with flavour, the naan was deliciously sweet and soft, and the lassi fresh and creamy. Home delivery to Romford was quick and friendly. Delivery to Romford came earlier than estimated, with friendly driver and careful packaging. Great Indian restaurant for takeaway a five-star experience for both quality and service!

   We ordered the Chicken Biryani and Garlic Naan from Fat Indian Romford and wow! The biryani was fragrant, perfectly spiced and generous in portion, and the naan was soft and fresh. Delivery was prompt to Romford and the food arrived hot. I highly recommend Fat Indian Romford for authentic Indian takeaway delivery this place is now my go-to when craving Indian food around Romford!

   I honestly wish I had listened to the reviews before ordering. The food here was extremely disappointing. The chicken korma was far too sweet and full of shredded coconut nothing like a proper korma should be. The lamb curry had only a few small pieces of meat, and the rest was just a thick mix of onions and tomatoes with barely any flavour. Even the naan bread was awful thick, soggy, and completely tasteless. The only thing that was even halfway decent were the popadoms. Everything else was a letdown. This was easily the worst Indian meal I’ve ever had. The quality and taste were all terrible. Don’t waste your money here there are plenty of better Indian restaurants nearby that actually care about their food and customers.

   I had a Daal from this place and I must say I was more then impressed. One of the best I have tasted in a while. The customer services was really good and had no issues with delivery. I liked it that much that I ordered the next day just to make sure it was not a one of. Same great taste. Would recommend.

   True flavour of India being away on holiday last few months to a foreign country. I missed curry so much and I discovered this place on a Google search is a treasure in heart of romford.. amazing amazing flavour friendly staff and very speedy service highly recommend anyone to try this Fat indian out.

   I ordered a chicken tikka masala which turned out to be mostly sauce and quite oily with about 5 pieces of chicken so I wasn't very impressed with that. The saag paneer was very runny and sweet as was the yourt - Indian savoury food should not be sweet, I am Indian myself and I have never had anything so sweet for a main from an Indian restaurant/takeaway. The naan was nice, hence 1 star. I would never recommend Fat Indian - there are better options that come in a jar from the supermarket.

   They made a small mistake with my order and sorted it straight away. They are absolutely wonderful. I love this Indian. :) seriously so good. Flavours are perfect and the pieces of panneer are huge. You won't be disappointed.
