   Food is fine but second time in a row that I've ordered fries at the drive thru and received one portion less than I paid for. Need to check the orders more thoroughly.

   We ordered via table service and unfortunately the order arrived missing a drink. On top of that, my double Big Tasty had a hair inside the burger, which was obviously disappointing. We spoke to Tracy at the front counter and she handled the situation really well. She apologised straight away, replaced the food quickly, and went above and beyond by bringing our little one a McFlurry as a goodwill gesture for being so well behaved. She even came back with colouring and crayons to keep him entertained. While the food issues shouldn’t have happened, Tracy’s customer service was excellent and made a big difference to the experience.

   Hi, I would like to report a very poor experience I had at your restaurant during the night shift. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered food and asked for one extra sauce. The staff member told me I had to pay 10p, which I was fine with, but I didn’t have any cash on me. Instead of helping or offering a simple solution, she told me to go back to the till, so I had to reverse my car in a tight space. Then, instead of giving me my drinks, she closed the window on me. I was waiting and even knocked on the window. Only after about a minute did someone open it and hand over the items. The attitude throughout was very rude and not acceptable. Daytime staff are good didnt have any issues. Please look into the behaviour of your night shift staff. Customers should not be treated this way. Thank you.

   For a maccies, this branch surpassed my expectations immensely! The cleanliness of the recently renovated restaurant was very surprising and everyone remained a calm and peaceful atmosphere even during lunchtime rush hour. Staff very friendly and food arrived at a reasonable time after I placed my order. Only thing to note about the food was the chips were quite cold on arrival but the rest of the food was good. Recommend if you're in the area compared to other branches.

   This is my first visit to the McDonald's section in Ramford and honestly I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the arrangement of the tables and honestly the employees are very elegant and even inside the kitchen I did not see anything wrong and everything was organized and elegant and I hope that all McDonald's branches in East London and all over London will be this elegant and organized and even the order that I requested was fresh and hot. Thanks to the employees and thanks to McDonald's for taking care of cleanliness and food

   Can't really judge much as it is fast food. However, when your order is missing 2 big Macs it does make you a bit upset. However, although missing they did replace them as well as the burger that got cold waiting for the others.

   The staff were polite & friendly, the drive thru was very busy but that could very well have been down to the time of day, of my visit. The milkshake that I bought wasn't the best one I have had from McDonald's but it filled a craving.

   This restaurant is by far the worst for deliveries. They continuously leave/miss items out of the orders (I mean how hard can it be to look at an order and place each and every item ordered and paid for into the bag?) They are also absolutely clueless on packing/bagging up an order mainly concerning on how they pack the drinks in the bag (see my photos) they put bottled drinks in with the cup drinks which results in the cup drink being spilt inside the bag and subsequently the bag then ripping. No matter how many times I report/advise on this it is repeatedly ignored. All they have to do is to keep the bottles separate from the cup drinks!!! I have also received a complete incorrect order and someone else had received my order (which happened to be over double the other customers order)!! Whenever I try to resolve I am instantly dismissed by the manager/staff and told to contact Just-Eat! So as I said WORST DELIVERY RESTAURANT IN LONDON/ESSEX. The photos don't lie! You have been warned people!!
