Lovely food with really friendly service. But being surrounded by gangs of gaffawing (insanely loud) drunk blokes at 6:30pm made this the least relaxing meal I think I've ever eaten. Not sure if there was a more chilled out area somewhere that we could have been sat. But we were plonked right next to the bar and it was horrendous. To the point where we scoffed our (very tasty) steak and left without having the planned dessert.

Overall food and drink was very good and a decent service too. Would be good if there was a separate drinks menu to look at. Was able to get a table for 7 people on a Wednesday evening without booking in advance. Free car parking in fair sized car park. Men's toilets could be cleaner, they were quite smelly. Reasonable prices for the area.

We were playing Golf at the London Club and I contacted the pub and asked if they would accommodate 4 of us for a full English breakfast before we went to the Golf Club. The manager Steve called me and it was arranged. We had a reserved table and they did us proud. 3 x Full English, Egg, Fried Slice, Mushroom, Sausage and Beans £9.99. Absolute Bargain. We play this every year so this will definitely be an annual pop in for breakfast! Atmosphere in the pub was great and it was spotless thank you once again

Popped in for lunch. Had 2 courses. Absolutely beautiful food! Really friend staff! Lovely beers on tap! Was very pleasantly surprised. Had the burger and it was brilliant! Really fat meaty patty, beautiful flavour! Garlic bread with cheese was also top quality!

Visited here today, was, staying at Brands hatch Hotel,..food was lovely, and large portions..I had just 2 starters and was plentiful...the young lady that served us went far and beyond and nothing was too much trouble...definitely would recommend if your staying locally.

Just to be clear my scoring system: 1/ Don't go, just don't. 2/ I can't recommend going 3/ I enjoyed it but probably won't go back 4/ I enjoyed it, would go back especially if invited 5/ I enjoyed it, would invite others there myself Honestly I was a touch worried when I entered. It looked just a little bit tired and like a local pub. Should have realised that this just meant it hadn't been turned into a sterile gastropub chain... Because I had the steak. On a hot stone. It was amazing! I love nowhere near... But genuinely if I was anywhere even close I'd go back just to eat that again!!! Service was great and the marquee although temperature went up and down a bit stayed warm enough to keep us comfortable. That steak............

Having food two nights running. Thought we were stuck for food options but this is fantastic. The home cooked pizzas are wonderful and the steak served on it's own grill to cook how you want it is beyond words.

Often been past this pub but never been in. So, because of circumstance I ended up there, and I have to say I liked it! Quite compact inside, but with the big tented bit on the side, can hold a few. Was surprised that table service for drinks seemed the norm, which was nice! Amyway, stayed for 3 drinks, and on the strength of that, I'll be back. Good pub, good staff and good prices. Recommended.
