   I came in here expecting a warm and cozy traditional Indian restaurant, however I was greeted with harsh lighting and wallpaper that looked like it was from the backrooms. In addition the food tasted alright, however I did find a nail clipping in my curry.. Over I feel that this place needs to be redone and reworked. Furthermore I feel that hygiene could be worked on as I don’t think anyone would want a nail clipping in there curry.

   Well pleasantly surprised with the food as not the biggest fan of Bangladeshi run Indian restaurants… The King Prawn Changhazi which I have never heard off or seen on an Indian restaurant menu ever, was just brilliant. The service was excellent and would most definitely recommend this place. My colleague had the mixed grill and was also well pleased with his meal. All in all a good evening meal.

   First time ordering a takeaway from this restaurant this evening. We normally judge a restaurant on the taste of their takka dall. Well the the Takka Dall was great and so was the rest of the meal. Highly recommend and will certainly be ordering again in the future!

   My first order was excellent about two months ago, I gave them a second go but, portions were a lot smaller, I was given the wrong rice, and I was quoted £29 for my meal. It arrived in about 20 minutes which was good but cost me £31.50, and I had to pay cash !!! Sorry I will go back to the Raj next time, disappointing that it was so different from the first time..

   Disappointed - ordered for the first time. The app did not work - so ordered over the phone. Paid by card. The order arrived and the driver demanded more money and said we had been charged the wrong amount. He was quite persistent, we said we would call the restaurant later to pay them - even though it was their mistake. 2 mins later while we were having dinner they called and insisted we pay them the £6 they did not charge - they could not even wait for us to finish dinner or call them when it was convenient for us and were very persistent about us paying immediately. They have their £6 now - but won't be getting any future orders from us. Food was average. Better options around this area with better service.

   We just tried the new menu and it was delicious! The Badami Malai in particular was so tasty! Great delivery service too. We will definitely come to eat in the new restaurant when it’s ready! Recommend!
