   My husband and I visited today for "date night". The food was tasty and presented well. The service was somewhat bizarre. We waited so long to begin with , we ended up ordering with the online QR code. And there was no option to remove the service charge even though we did all the work ourselves. Then after ordering the server came over. We explained we had already ordered starters and drinks and advised what we ordered. The server then took our mains order. When the starters came we had ordered a mixed one for two, but on questioning what was on the platter my husband was advised two things had been substituted as they had run out. Poor service there ! We weren't given the choice to change our order. Then on bringing the mains to our table the server (a different one ) felt it necessary to comment on how much food my husband ordered and assumed i had ordered the lentils. This made me and my husband uncomfortable and judged. We then waited so long to pay...although the place was pretty empty, we paid online which again meant we had to pay the service charge. To top things off toilets were not particularly clean and there was no toilet tissue. Stars lost on the atmosphere for the toilet cleanliness. Stars lost on service because it was terrible. One star lost on food due to the starter issue. I don't think I'd particularly recommend this restaurant to others even though the food was good because of the other issues.

   Positive. Food is lovely. Great flavours. Everything we ordered was sublime. The wings were so tender they fell off the bone. The salads are fresh, great flavours and texture. Flat bread is gorgeous. Kofta is over cooked though, very dry. The tagines are so good. Negatives. Service or shall I say lack of service. From the moment you wait to be seated to the point of paying, it’s so slow it’s unbearable. The tables do not get cleaned between the servings. The lady who finally brought the mains to us was just not interested. Asked her to clean the table, she moved the dirty plates and empty cans to another table? The food is so good, but this is the second time we have come and today the restaurant is quiet and the service was worse than when they are relatively busy. As disappointing as it is, we will not be coming back.

   Nice Restaurant It's one of my favourite restaurants in Bluewater. Good food. From grill to tagine to couscous. This type of style will make you in love with eating meat. Most importantly, not a lot of barbecue restaurants have couscous on their menu. Friendly staff. Clean environment. The toilet has incense sticks to eliminate any smells. I give it 4 stars because the chicken cubes in the mix grill were a bit too salty......

   The staff were very friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired, as our table was placed right next to a busy passageway, so there was a lot of foot traffic nearby. I ordered the mixed grill, but was disappointed. The lamb was dry and over-spiced, masking the natural flavor of the meat, and the chicken wings lacked taste altogether. The rice that came with the mixed grill was also cold, which was disappointing. My son ordered a chicken salad, but it was mostly lettuce with only a few small pieces of chicken. Overall, the service was great, but the food quality and ambiance could use improvement.

   If you are looking for something refreshingly different to eat, then look no further. It is easy to forget you are in the UK with the unique ambience of the decor. Staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. Food is fresh, hot, and fragrant, presented in dishes that keep to the restaurant theme. The restaurant is located on the lower level. There is plenty of free parking in the multistory car park.

   Comptoir used to be nice food. Tasty juicy grilled chicken with fragrant rice and fresh salad as you can see the from the old pictures. We visited comptoir again today. It was a disaster. We were told their old menu has changed. Rice was replaced with soggy salad, not fresh at all. As you can see from the picture with blue flower plate.The chicken and salad were very disappointing. We used to love going there but wont be going there anymore as the food isn't like it use to be.

   I've been to bluewater many times and have always walked past this place. It's noticeable with its flowers on display. I finally visited and did not regret it. Great atmosphere with lights and plants. Food are good portions and everything tastes amazing.

   Lamb with couscous, chicken burger & fries all fresh & flavourful. Family atmosphere, nice staff. Recc mint tea, rosewater lemonade. Genuine difference. Ate in, staff lovely. Good access for less able, offered variety of dishes to complement the main but not pressured. Can't understand the haters! As good as Oxford Street branch.
