   Decent spot to eat when shopping and was seated and served quickly. Lots of choice on the menu, including meals for veggies and vegans. Dirty vegan burger was really good, very dense and loads of filings, salad, sauce etc. Fries, unfortunately, were cold when served. Hubby enjoyed his fry up with additional pancakes. Main irk is how many small tables are cramped into such a small space; I knocked my glass over taking my coat off as there’s no room for manoeuvre. I understand it’s in a busy retail mall but it could be less cramped if less tables were in there. Main servers helpful and friendly with extra requests for additional sauces, a sharper knife to cut the burger (too big and sloppy for me to pick up and bite into!) and more napkins. The managerial staff were less aware of their customers. Due to how cramped it is, one staff member in a suit dealing with what seemed like a query or complaint at the next table had her bottom stuck against my face while I was eating then another man stood in the same spot at the same table talking to the next diners about their pregnancy; they need to be customer focused on EVERYONE. Great burger though so I’d probably go back just for that but much prefer the non-retail restaurants where there’s ample space.

   I treated myself to a breakfast alone before going to see the new Wicked film. My waiter Tom was lovely, assisted in moving my table to a different one with a less snug chair, and letting me know about the bottomless pancakes offer! Can't go wrong, 2 stacks of pancakes and a latte for £10 including service charge. Presentation could have been a little better but they tasted good. Tom was a fab waiter, very attentive and a nice guy to chat to as well

   I came for the Christmas set menu and was very impressed with it all. The service was great and there was Christmas themed games to play which I wasn’t expecting. There’s a chance to win a bottle of Prosecco or an Airbnb voucher. The food was tasty. For the starter I got the prawn cocktail which came with a generous avocado salad and salmon pate. The main was the burger and I will admit it had a lot going on, I had to remove one of the sausage patties to fit the burger in my mouth! The fries and beef gravy were delicious. For dessert one of us got the sticky toffee pudding and the other one got the chocolate and salted caramel tart and we shared. The sticky toffee pudding was heavenly, the tart wasn’t something I’d get again but anything would pale in comparison to the sticky toffee. Overall it’s a tasty menu with some fun involved and it’s well priced. I’d happily come again.

   I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. All the staff (including Abbie & Rahmi) who looked after me were great, can’t thank them enough.

   This was absolutely amazing! Gurjeet was so kind to us and Pedro was hilarious! Overall service was amazing! Would most definitely go again. 10/10. Great for birthdays, christmas and any sort of celebration, or just casual dining. I’m impressed!!

   Had Brunch there on New Years. The burger was good, no complaints from the Mrs. My pancakes were a bit tough, but other things were alright. The calamari in white was very good as well. It's a good place

   Really lovely food but what got me was the staff. They were VERY kind and cheerful! Always checking in on me making sure everything was okay. Making jokes with nice conversation and just in general so upbeat!

   We had an excellent family get together at Bills Bluewater. We needed a big table and had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated. The food as always was very tasty and service excellent.

   Very nice experience. Been already twice and second time we're my birthday. I enjoy it a lot pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. My dessert was a piece of art.One of my favourite place to go. Can't wait to go again...

   Came here during weekdays as walk in guest. Glad we still get table and we’ve got discount. The food are delicious as the picture. We had 3 courses meal which is wonderful. I love the fish and sweet potatoes fries. My husband happy with his steak. And I was soo happy knowing I can get dougnut mini for my dessert. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant look clean and during covid we sit with social distance. We did came back during weekend, however the restaurant always full. So its really need to book the table if you wantbto come on weekend.
