   Had a great lunch here, it was the usual good customer service you can expect from Nandos however I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and service provided by Lucy. I have never experienced someone being so one step ahead of you like this. She saw me struggling to add some sauce to my pita in a takeaway box and she comes over and says give me a couple minutes I’ll help you. And she comes back with some sauce sachets and pots so I can use them at home. Then she was so fast at removing any dirty dishes that were no longer being used by us. Thank you Lucy!

   Came on a Tuesday evening and it was a really nice atmosphere, not overly busy and very quick service. The staff were extremely quick to correct my order when I forgot to mentioned removing a sauce that I didn't like, they were very quick to bring out a new burger and made me feel like it wasn't a bother for them even though I felt so bad! We will definitely be back!

   Nice Nando’s this one. I went 8:00 pm on a cold Tuesday night. But can imagine it gets packed due to it location near to shops and lakeside shopping complex. Decor was good with a mix of tables. Staff were very friendly and order was taken without fuss. Food came quickly and was of good quality. Only downside was they were short of sauce bottles meaning there was no medium hot available. Price was great value. £14.00 for a double chicken pitta and spicy rice I think is great value for a eat In restaurant.

   Well first I was met by a rude waiteress she’s of Asian descent, young girl 07/01/2023 @20:15pm. She was dealing with the takeaways and pick ups. There wasn’t any serviettes at the self serve, so I went and asked for some . I opened the pack she gave me and put it in another holder . This waitress then rolls her eyes at me , and then proceeds to kiss her teeth. I walked back to her asked if it was an issue , she said no and I told her I would speak to her manager about her attitude. As I walked back to my table she went ahead and spoke to her manager as when I looked up she was telling her mama her what had happened obviously it would be her own version. I didn’t bother to walk over. I asked for well done and below is a picture of the massacred chicken …. Well next time I think I will drive to the mall one at least my chicken won’t be brutalised or get my eyes rolled at for asking for condiments.

   Our experience with the counter staff is terrible today. She neither cared to take our order nor smiled and behaved very rudely. Message to Management: Need to tech your staff what's customer service and how to handle them pleasantly. Very disappointed ☹️ However, great ambience with good parking facility. P.S. Avid Nando's fan.

   Service wasn't too bad. No one met you at the door to seat you and people just seemed to be walking around aimlessly The Piri Piri fries we ordered were nice and hot but the Chicken in the Wrap and the Chicken in the Burger was cold. Staff were friendly enough but we're very keen to get you out the door to clean the table despite no one waiting.
