   Went in to the trafford store today...was effectively told off by the cashier for not knowing if had their treats card.. 'well I know what cards I have' she said, ' I don't know why people don't know what cards they have'... Then when I remarked that my email inbox was full for the receipt and it might knock it back...i was told ' I should clear it then' .as it.only takes 5mins.. !!! I came to buy a bag not be lecturered too!!! Left feeling quite irritated!!

   Entered the store today and myself and my friend had all selected items of jewellery to buy. When approached the till I was dealt with very poorly and being a manager in a store myself I felt very belittled and spoken down to. So far that my friend and I left the store without our purchases.

   Went today with a list on my phone of items to look and likely buy. I am disabled and on a scooter and it didn't fit in the shop...not staffs fault but come on I don't think a large buggy would have fit in there...it doesn't take much to think about access for all does it. Very very disappointed.

   I do like the hair slides in Accessorize part of Monsoon. I was successful this time and came away with what I was wanted a pretty white pair of slides with flecks of blue and gold. Reasonable price too. Happy shopper.

   We visited the store as needed to find a flower girl dress for my daughter and this is the only high street store that sells what we need. On our visit we were help by a really nice woman unfortunately didn't get her name. Nothing seem to be too much trouble for her and she made the experience alot easier. Also to our surprise the fitting rooms were back open making the trip really worth while and very useful. Would visit this site again without a doubt. Very happy shopping experience.

   The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams
