“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”
