   Just had an incredible night out with friends! The food was absolutely top-notch, and the drinks hit the spot. Our experience was made even better by the friendly welcome we received and the excellent hospitality from the staff. I really appreciated being offered a second drink without having to ask, which elevated the whole vibe. Honestly, I can’t think of anything they could improve—everything was great!

   Amazing food with great service. Ordered the fisherman's feast to share (pictured) which was delicious. Huge portion much more than we expected so very impressed. We forgot to take pictures of the rest because it was so nice. Highly recommend. Prices are incredible reasonable for a sit down meal.

   I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering how delicious the food and drinks were. Everything we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, and the drinks were just as tasty as the meals. If you're looking for great value without sacrificing quality, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I went for a team meal (group of 9) and thought the service was great! A few dishes came out later than others so always one person was waiting for theirs to arrive but was worth the wait! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests or questions. The 3 course festive meal came to £44pp with a soft drink and service charge. There’s vegan options for each course too. The Bangkok fritters were delicious and very filling - would recommend.

   High quality flavourful food, the presentation was excellent also. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the plates/glasses etc were visually appealing too which added to the experience. The service was slow though. I’m not sure if it was because we were in the empty part of the restaurant. However, the manager kept making sure we were okay which was nice :) Will definitely be coming back here again.

   Had a wonderful dinner at Giggling Squid - Hornchurch. The decor was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the service was great. We visited on a Monday night and the restaurant was buzzing. We had the sharing platter for starters with prawn crackers, and the Thai melting beef, jungle curry and stir fry veg for our mains. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will be returning soon.

   We came here on a Wednesday night. Wasn't too busy. Plenty of tables free. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful decor. Staff were very pleasant. We browsed through the menu and immediately noticed the lack of the usual Thai soup that we come to expect. We had mussels and the papaya salad for starters. Both were disappointing. The mussels were lukewarm and a few were just cold. It looked they were simply tossed in some curry but not cooked. The papaya salad was very fishy. Too much fish sauce, tasted nothing but fish sauce. For mains we had a green curry which was OK but very average. Also we had a "giant" Prawn pad Thai which was too sweet. The prawns were king prawns but certainly not giant. If you have no reference of what Thai food tastes like then this is a starting point. If you know your Thai food then this is not for you. The prices of the food is not too high. Its what I expect for Essex.
