   Lovely cafe that gets lots of cyclists visiting all the time, and I would have given it a 5* review but I had a puncture and for a cycle cafe not to have a pump(mine had broken while trying to fix the issue) like all the other cafes that have lots of cyclist visiting is pretty bad

   Stopped for coffee and snack on a bike ride. Coffee was terrible, egg roll was an egg roll, advertised as with side of slaw which never arrived. Won't go back. Has outdoor seating and bike stands.

   Very disappointed. Firstly I asked for a bacon and cheese brioche. Lady behind the till gave me a look as in to say that’s a weird order and pulled a face. Then told me there’s no cheese. Fine, no problem, I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. I had to repeat every single thing as she put it through the system. Found her rude to everything I ordered and said and pulling faces. Then the drinks came and chocolate sauce all down the side told the glass. She shouted over to ask if we wanted cream to which my partner said no thanks, and she said obviously not the cafe late, the milkshake. Why not specify what drink you’re referring to rather than trying to mug your customers off. Says it comes with home made coleslaw and side of fries. Then the food was rubbish. Opened a small packet of cheese and onion walkers and halved on the plate. Then ONE FORKFUL OF COLESLAW. Overall not impressed and won’t be coming back.

   We went to Fratelli's for my son's 4 year old birthday after the Epping Ongar railway ride. The restaurant was very accommodating with quite excited toddlers and children running around and we cannot thank Fratelli's enough for their patience and friendly service. The food was also great, I had a beef burger which was very generous in size and absolutely delicious.

   Good spot to stop for a coffee and nibble on a bike ride. Coffee good. Comfy indoor seating and good decor. Outside tables too but traffic is very noisy.

   Been to Fratelli’s a few times and the food is always incredible but for me the star of the show is the milkshakes, they are amazing! The blonde girl who makes them always does a great job with them and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Whether you’re in for a quick chat or a sit down meal you won’t leave disappointed! Perfect little local cafe with high quality food

   What a wonderful Cafe Fratellis is! Friendly staff, comfortable, clean and nicely designed furniture and the best coffee ever! The freshly made pizzas are delicious and their special recipe Homemade Chocolate Brownie has to be tasted to be believed; truly scrumptious! Highly Recomwnded
