   Absolutely shocking! Collected my order and when I was dishing up my food it was freezing cold and then was shocked to find that the chicken was not cooked properly! My partner was throwing up all night and I was left with a serve gut ache. I was refused a refund when I asked and the customer service I received on the phone and in person was horrendous. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here

   Had a takeaway order, starter king prawn butterfly and main course chicken biryani. Sorry to say it was very poor, not much flavour and chicken was dry and tough. Very disappointed, and cannot recommend

   Late and cold. Missed part of delivery and still no refund. Driver wanted to show me his phone rather than give me my food. No help from the shop. Avoid!

   The biryani lamb and chicken is a scam. It was literally bland with no spices no flavor. The naga chicken was a joke. You have as well just given chicken in water. Never ordering from there ever again!

   Always order from here. Food is delicious. Last week they forgot a rice and not only sent the driver back round promptly but have given us a free bombay potato today (which was lovely)

   My wife ordered a meal from Spice Touch online - Menu looks fabulous and we were really looking forward to the meal, until we visited our local restaurant to collect and discovered an issue. In Derbyshire we have a restaurant with the same name. so thought the online order was with our local, only to find that it was accidently ordered and waiting for us a 3 hour drive away at Spice Touch in Romford. She called and spoke to the lovely staff member there, who despite already having made the order offered a full refund. Can't thank them enough, really polite friendly and understanding of our situation. If we're ever in the area, we'll definitely place a legitimate order : ) Thank-you.
