   I like these place a lot. Been a 10 year customer. Best place for a food lover like me. Try tandoori chicken, lamb pasanda, king prawn biryani, chicken tikka biryani some of my favourite regulars. Tried so many places but stuck to this one as same quality chef same quality food.

   I used to be a regular customer at Mint, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered chicken fried rice, but it took over 1.5 hours for the delivery to arrive. Not only was the food undercooked, but we also found hair in it. When I tried to address the issue with Ameen, he seemed too busy to listen and hung up on me. I've been ordering from this restaurant since 2021, but after this bad experience, I've decided to stop. Sorry, Ameen. It's a shame.

   Mint has one of the most generous takeaways I’ve witnessed so far! Saeed is a man who cooks from his heart! I ordered the vegetable biryani, 3 parathas, Channa masala and dry vegetable curry (all large size) and I received enough to feed 6 people. He also added some signature mint sauce with the food which was quite unique… the picture I’ve put up in only 1/6th of the portion that was given…

   Food took ages to come! Person over the phone wasn't the most helpful and just said "sorry you're far away" Then I got my food, and I only ordered a korma because I can't handle spice... BUT THEY PUT SPICE IN THE KORMA WHO TF PUTS SPICE IN KORMA. Not only that, but my chicken was pink! Not happy whatsoever with my korma. Rest of the food was satisfactory...

   Food was OK, but the wait was utterly unacceptable. Initially they said an hour for delivery, but in the end we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes - I’d only ordered enough food for 2 people! You should not be accepting orders without communicating accurate timescales first - It just demonstrates extremely poor customer service and sheer greed. I’m not going to be ordering again.

   I would give no stars if possible, terrible food was burnt and was unable to eat it, ordered food at 20:30 on Watford eats 22:30 food was still not with us. Tried calling them for 30 mins unable to get though. My husband went to the restaurant and they said we have only just got power we had a power cut but they told Watford eats they were just busy. Worst £40 I have ever spent or wasted! Will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.
