   Wrong order. Chicken tikka normally comes as a breast - this one looked like a part of a pidgeon 1st and last time buying. Horrible food

   The food was delicious and we were at the camping and they delivered with no hassle at all. It arrived hot and just as we asked. It was very reasonably priced for the quality of food. Will definitely order again next time we are camping near Staines.

   I never make 5* reviews as something would have to be OUTSTANDING in both service, location and food quality, however Masalaone had one of the BEST takeaway tandoori mix grills I’ve had in a long time. Juicy and flavourful meats with a rich Indian aroma plus a great portion size, all for £12.50 which is great value. In total I paid just over £15 for a 1 person meal and still had leftovers for the day after. The ONLY criticism I have and it’s entirely subjective, is that I love to get onions and coriander in a little bag to have on top of my poppadoms and unfortunately they only gave a small bag with lettuce and a few tomato’s. Apart from that it was an absolute cracker of a meal. Fast service and even received an email when it was ready to collect. Definitely worth an order! Thanks guys

   Ordered a curry, they got it wrong I went back to collect replacement and this is what they gave me back and shouting aggressively “don’t ever come back again”. Last time I ordered I was also vomiting for 3 days straight because of their food.

   Ordered a meal last night as a treat for myself and my partner. We have been ordering from them for years. Unfortunately last nights meal was shocking. I ordered it for 18:30, it arrived just after 19:00 after having to call to see where is was. When it arrived it was Luke warm and extremely watery, we had to drain the water off 4 times while eating it which really put us off. When we called to complain we were offered a replacement which we didn’t want and we’re told we could get a free meal next time. Last night when going to bed I felt very sick and was up all night vomiting and the other, which has carried over to today. There will not be a next time for this restaurant as it has put me right off ordering from them again.

   I ordered chilli paneer and it was literally 4 cubes of paneer with no sauce on it at all. The driest thing ever. Only 2 samosas in 1 portion as well not worth it

   They're always friendly and great at recognising my voice, which is lovely. The food is THE BEST ever, anywhere in Surrey. If I lived outside their delivery area, I'd definitely go and get it. Never had a dish I don't like. Fabulous!!

   I ordered from this Indian last night as thought I would try something different.. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. First thing was the order was estimated delivery btime between 20.20 and 20.40 it arrived at 21.10 then I ordered something I wouldn't normally order. To say the food was bland and tasteless is no exaggeration. The only thing that tasted anywhere near a curry was the Saag Aloo. Sorry

   There curry’s are delicious. Has a very homely flavour to them which is very close to authentic Bangali/Indian curry. Had their lamb madras which was lovely, could be hotter but nonetheless was yummy. My favourite is their Dhaal dish! Absolutely scrumptious and has such a silky taste! The best Iv tasted in a very long time! Light in taste just the way it should be. I highly recommend! And food arrived piping hot!
