   Great staff and service, but the food was pretty terrible if you're looking for authentic Indian food. Everything was so oily, in general, bland and way too expensive. The mixed starter was ok. We wanted to share, but to their credit they gave us extra, which was a nice touch. I wanted a really spicy traditional Indian dish, and was recommended Gurkh's revenge. What came out was so bland and flavourless, with what appeared to be pre cooked chicken that was sliced thinly and placed into the dish, rather than cooked with it. I had to ask for a new dish. I was told "it happens". The other dish was a paneer madras. Not spicy and too sweet. The staff handled it well, and did recommend an alternative, but that meant I had to eat separately from my party. Both our dishes were overly sweet, but the naan and rice were good. £70 for 1 starter, 2 mains, 2 naans, rice, poppadoms and drinks. At that price, I expect high quality. It depends what you're looking for, and your Indian food preference, but we won't be returning. I'm sure there's plenty that love it, and I wish them the best of luck with the business.

   I had an amazing experience at Blue India. The food was absolutely excellent, and the flavors were just perfect. One of the waiters, Lafi, was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our visit. He recommended the Railway Lamb dish, which was incredible, and his service made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend both the food and the service at this restaurant!

   Amazing Indian, best in the area, for both takeaways and eating in. Mixed grill was unreal , so too the rices, naans (always struggle to find a good keema naan, and this did not disapoint) , dansaks, tikka masala , so good! Staff super friendly too, must try!

   First time I've been here - made me realise how tired and shoddy so many other restaurants have become. Spotlessly clean, staff very smart and polite, food was beautiful and well-presented. I was served by Abul - a perfect balance of friendly and professional, and I will return because he immediately made me feel very welcome and a valued client. That is rare - restaurants often don't want single diners, I've discovered. Very highly recommended, my compliments to the owners - they've got it right !

   Recently visited for the first time (never tried the previous restaurant). Really enjoyed our meal. Poppadum’s were fresh and delicious, nice selection of dips. All of the starters and mains were really good. Flavours are a little different from most Indian restaurants I’ve been too and I much preferred it here, felt a bit more special. Looking forward to returning and trying out more of the menu.

   It’s a newly decorated restaurant. A new boss just took over and started the restaurant. Food was better than before and I especially liked the salmon. The manager is really friendly, definitely would go back.
