   Stopped at this restaurant on our way to the south east coast. We had vegetarian korma, lamb biryani, chicken tiki masala, naan. Everything was super delicious. Outstanding cook. Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Restaurant, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, the warm, friendly smiles and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. The menu offers a fantastic variety of authentic Indian dishes, each crafted with care and bursting with flavor. I started with the popadoms which were perfectly crispy then tandoor platter. later For the main course, I opted for the chicken chilly and the lamb mince curry , both of which were absolutely divine.The fresh, soft garlic naan bread was the ideal accompaniment, and the portions were generous, and finally they had an amazing variety of ice cream ensuring great value for the price. What truly stood out, aside from the incredible food, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. The Grand Taj Indian Restaurant has undoubtedly become one of my favorite dining spots. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, this restaurant promises a memorable experience that will keep you coming back for more. Highly recommended!

   First time using them after, they’ve just opened, the staff were very polite and engaging. The restaurant was spotless. In my opinion. Everybody was polishing glasses and keeping busy. Even though they were not particularly busy. I think they will do well they gave me a free bottle of beer, the chef came out to greet me and hand me my food. He was very polite checked everything was in order. The food in general was cooked very well. In my opinion. The flavours were all their spice level was perfect. Onion bhaji wasn’t too greasy I think I will do well as a business as long as they maintain these standards

   Just tried the new Grand Taj in Knaphill. Amazing. The food was so fresh and delicious, they have a very good chef. We tried the set Menu of Taste for two: the vegetable dishes were not overdone or greasy, as sometimes found elsewhere, and the meat dishes were tasty and the sauces freshly made . There was plenty for two, and the accompanying wine was good too. Congratulations, a welcome addition to the village. We will definitely return.

   Lovely experience here. Only got a takeaway option but has nice interior for eat-in dining.. both staff and food was lovely (mix grill starter, lamb curry and nan) Will be back. Thank you
