   Rang this Indian and ordered 2 main meals plus starters. They said about an hour wait. After an hr and half I rang and was told he was 5 mins away. Another 17 mins later I rang again and was told he wid b here any minute. 20 mins later I rang again and I asked if the driver had an accicent and then phone put down on me. Do not ring this place it’s a joke and the customer service is horrendous. I wouldn’t go here if I was starving

   Ordered 2 mains at 18:30 food arrived at 21:00. Chicken was tough and tasteless. Food was swimming in water. Tikka masala was fire engine red and again tasteless. Korma was again tasteless and swimming in water. I couldn’t eat it, absolutely revolting. Got to say this is the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Never again.

   I started coming here for the red donner meat, it was so tasty and fresh even down to the salad it came with. Gradually each order ive noticed I dont get the salad I ask for half the time or if I do its only a small amount, portion sizes have halved and prices have doubled. Even when theyve been out of stock of the red donner meat and used regular donner with the marinade i didnt mind but last night was so bad. I waited 2 hours for delivery, the red donner was in a small square carton that you'd get a small chips in from a takeaway. The smell was horrendous, it just smelt off, out of date, I did try a bite before I pinpointed what it was on my plate that wasnt right and it had a strong vinegary taste. The rice and Naan bread tasted fine but because of the donner meat I couldnt bring myself to eat my meal last night, unfortunately I won't be taking chance ordering here again. I raved to so many people when I first found this place but standards have gradually dropped, I can accept irregular portions but I dont want to risk food poisoning.

   This is usually our favourite place but the last few times its been terrible. Food sent in tin foil for the price 4 pieces of chicken! We ordered at 830 didnt get out food til 1115, the didnt answer the phone. Soggy food. Maybe new chefs or owners but this place has gone downhill

   This is a great takeaway. They accommodate requests and the food is always tasty, best tarka dahl in Liverpool. We have used them 3 or 4 times now and they've been fab each time. Will keep ordering from them if they keep up this level of service and taste!

   Genuinely the worst curry I have ever had, all I could taste was the huge amount of salt they put in it. If you have high cholesterol levels this will kill you off. Not only that but we waited nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. Would not recommend, place needs shutting down.

   ****** UPDATE ******* Bait and switch. This is no long the same takeaway. As of summer 2022, this place has new ownership with a new chefs; new menu with new prices (very expensive) I no longer go here because the quality of food has drastically dropped and what is available is mediocre but at a very high cost (ps, I’ve noticed negative reviews are removed on justeat) Any reviews prior July 2022 are completely irrelevant!! *********************** 2020 review Outstanding !!! I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Indian food and this place ticks all the boxes. Having tried all of the take aways in the area, nowhere competes with the quality, quantity and excellent value for money than here. Yeah, I highly recommend, especially the Spice Tandoori Special.

   Shambolic! Ordered via Uber eats 2 hours later im told I won’t be receiving a delivery. Rang after the first hour and was told my order was on its way. Then on the second hour told they do not have a receipt for my order. Then when I request a refund via the app I get an email receipt saying mr delivery was actually delivered to someone else!!! Absolutely ridiculous service.
