One of the best Indian restaurants in Liverpool It's a bit more expensive than other Indian restaurants, but each dish was tasty and quick so if you want quality Indian food, I highly recommend this place. I really enjoyed their lamb biryani with nice masala tasted sauce. Lamb was so tender and nice as well.

Some of the best indian food I have ever eaten, really generous portions aswell and the staff were very polite and attentive. Both me and my husband really enjoyed it and very complementary.

An Indian restaurant located in Liverpool. Would recommend if you're looking for some Indian dishes around Albert Dock. Prices are a bit higher from my guess an average spend per person is around £20-£30.

Decided to try the restaurant as the one in Chester is great. Nice atmosphere and the staff were all helpful. The service was slightly slow, however, the food was tasty and there was plenty of it. Chicken Makhani was quite spicy compared to others we've had. Very reasonably priced, £130 for 4 of us with starters, mains, bread etc. and a couple of drinks.

Good ambiance in a quiet Place. Halal south Indian food. The spicy level matches the taste..Can be a good place for a get-together or a birthday celebration

Barton Rouge is a real gem of a restaurant. It's location and interior make you feel like you're going to have to mortgage your house to pay for the meal but it's excellent food for a reasonable price. Staff are efficient but not overbearing and the menu has some real gems along with the classics you expect from a curry house. Food is rich and cooked to perfection. A must visit if you're into your Indian cuisine.

Great time here last night - would recommend. Only down side was when they tried to serve me a dessert that was completely frozen! Good wine selection too!

The food is good. This is the closest it gets to indian food in Liverpool. I had butter chicken, a little too sweet. The nan was good. Tandoori chicken was great. Paneer tikka was hard but tasted good too. In all it is a good place. A little on the expensive sides and the portions are small. The paneer tikka had 2 cubes of paneer. The decor is nice and they play Indian music.
