Bad service and low-quality products can be frustrating, especially when it comes to something as delightful as Indian sweets. Let's break down some potential issues and solutions: *Common Issues with Bad Service:* - *Lack of Product Knowledge:* Salespeople might not know enough about the products they're selling, leading to unhelpful responses or misinformation. - *Poor Communication:* Sales staff might not listen to customers' needs or concerns, leading to misunderstandings. - *Unfriendly Attitude:* Salespeople might come across as pushy, dismissive, or uninterested, making customers feel unwelcome.¹ ² *Characteristics of Bad Salespeople:* - *Insecurity:* Some salespeople might be unsure about their products or themselves, leading to hesitance or overcompensation. - *Negativity:* A negative attitude can be toxic and impact the entire customer experience. - *Lack of Empathy:* Failing to understand or care about customers' needs and feelings can lead to poor service.³ ⁴ *Tips for Improvement:* - *Train Sales Staff:* Ensure salespeople know their products inside out and can communicate effectively. - *Foster a Positive Attitude:* Encourage friendly, approachable behavior and emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction. - *Listen Actively:* Train staff to listen carefully to customers' needs and respond thoughtfully. Also mentioning about the milk product served needs to be monitored by the management. Freshness need to be maintained at all time.

Excellent place to have authentic Indian snacks and sweets. The food served is fresh and prepared after placing your order. Staff are very helpful with their guidance and explain everything that you need to know about food items. They have boxed items and food hampers to take away too. The prices are also reasonable and their tea is amazing! Parking can be a huge problem. So please use public transport or get here if you have multiple shops to visit. Also, they only do takeaways. You cannot order food to ear there.

i ordered a schewan noodles for takeaway and opened the box to find disappointment. The noodles dont have any sauce, not spicy at all. they add red color to make it look like spicy and didn't bother to mix it through. my first time experience to the restaurant is the worse one ever.
