Amazing Service provided by Nathan and Jan (apologies if I’ve got that wrong). They both took their time, asked me about my day, made jokes and helped me choose the best item. I have never shopped at AllSaints, however, I will be back. Jan and Nathan both deserve a commendation for their great service.
Visited today to try on leather jackets. Spoke with Amy who gave me some sound advice regarding the sizing and what to expect with leather, even though she knew I wouldn’t be buying today, she was still very helpful. Really great service from her.

The sale assistant was extremely helpful and advised to buy the size down of the leather jacket I was looking at which has turned out to be the perfect fit. I don't know her name but everytime I put on my jacket it brings back a fond memory of the experience, I don't think even iron man's suit would be as good fit as this jacket was well done ma'am you have my entire gratitude
Went Christmas shopping on Tuesday 19 th November to be told by three members of staff in store that I could get 30% off for black Friday if I rang the customer services number this weekend and wrote the number on my receipt ,which I did and was told false information ,I can not get this 30% discount and they were told by there manager the wrong information,this is false advertising and I was not happy at all .wouldn't shop here again .
