Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. “The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”

“Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience! Thank you to Vikki, I will most definitely be back and I absolutely recommend!”

“i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

“~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members. “Came in yesterday for a nose piercing, the staff made me feel very comfortable & talked me through all the ins and outs all while making the time I spent there stress free. The lovely lady that did my piercing consistently made sure I was happy with the placement before hand and the experience was quick & pain free! Would also like to say the young girl they had on seeing the piercing through to learn how to do it herself is going to go very far, brilliant customer service!
