   I popped in for a coffee with my sister and the staff were so friendly, the place was clean and even though I didn't have anything to eat on this occasion I wouldn't hesitate to choose something from the extensive menu another time, everything looked appetising and fresh and not as if it had been on display for hours. Thank you ladies in the Sheffield Moor branch for making our coffee break a pleasant one XX

   I think the customer service is worst here,one teenage boy barista with little mustache has the horrible attitude and behaviour,doesn’t know anything about customer service,,very aggressive and rude.Really believe that they shouldn’t hire these kinda people

   It is a very relaxing cafe and I visit at least 4 times weekly. The staff are very helpful with any issues that may arise. The cakes are a really nice treat with a Latte or Cappuccino.

   After reviewing all the Italian restaurants in Meadowhall I decided to book a table for my daughter and I to celebrate her 21st birthday. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and attentive. The food is superb and their desserts are simply divine. Washed down with Prosecco and double espresso. A truly wonderful lunch that made for a truly wonderful day. Thank you all!!

   Lovely coffee reasonably priced. Very disapointed as most customers did not use NHS app or sign in. Staff should make sure it is done. Will not go back.

   Beware Track and Trace not enforced. Whilst waiting to sign in with app many pushed past and went straight to counter to order, leaving me last in queue. The staff must enforce the rules or be closed down.

   My wife and a friend had lunch for the first time at this café situated on the ground floor of Atkinsons on The Moor today. They both had a jacket potato with grated cheese. The potato was cold so the cheese didn't melt and we had to ask for some butter to put on the potato. There was also no mayonnaise or salad cream on display to put on the side salad so we had to ask and a sachet was produced from behind the counter. We shall not be visiting there again. The staff seemed very unfriendly as well.
