   I ordered Dosa and Biryani, and both were absolutely delicious. The quality and quantity were impressive, just like they promise. Another great thing is that they are certified 100% halal. Really satisfied with the food and service.

   Very bad service, not recommend to anybody who loves Sri lankan food.This is my second bad experience i got from Hunterz. First I placed an order for Lump rice on a Saturday and already deducted the money and order was placed.When I went to collect the order, the person in the cashier said they don't do Lump rice on Saturdays, then I asked if not why you did take my order , then he spoken with the lady and decided to give Biriyani instead of Lump rice and I accepted. This morning I did place an order for 2 Lumprice and when I went to collect the order, there is notice on the door saying the restaurant is closed due to a technical issue. Just now I got the cancellation note through an email. Tried to call the numbers given and nobody answered . Very irresponsible and bad customer service.

   Great food but worth noting they use a third party, called Fusion Kitchen, for online payments and delivery and if there are any issues they won’t lift a finger to help. To put it as brief as possible - the courier cancelled the order without telling us so after waiting hours beyond expected we went and collected our food. Popadoms had been crushed into a million piece and of course it was cold, soggy etc. Receptionist was as useless as could be, really didn’t care - I assume Fusion Kitchen didn’t pay them for the food hence them not caring but equally has refused to refund us more than cost of delivery. Review score reflects just how rubbish their customer service was, had they been even remotely helpful I’d not have bothered leaving one. Like - why not resolve the issue with this third party and let us pay you a partial amount so it’s win win for restaurant and customer and dodgy companies like Fusion Kitchen don’t get away with this stuff?

   The hospitality was so great we even had the owner come and check up on us. The food was exquisite, the flavours and everything definitely makes me want to come again. I will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend.

   Had a Xmas do for 18 people and we were taken care of by the owner. Service was excellent and food was authentic. Dishes from the special menu was especially delicious. Definitely dining here again!

   We dined here tonight at Hunterz Spice 15/10/22. We would highly recommend coming here though parking may be a struggle as there are a few spaces directly outside the row of restaurants. For the mutton kothu the staff would ask us what level of spiciness we would like so we requested mild. We are used to spicy cuisine so mild wasn’t as strong as we anticipated but we are glad we were asked about level of spice beforehand. The dosa was very filling so I only managed around 2/3 just to enjoy my portion of kothu. Took the rest home but heck for the price this is worth it! We sat by the window so away from the screen and speakers at other end of restaurant. Deffo a return from us in future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Decoration was nice but food and service very poor. Took forever to be served. Hardly any customers but took so long to bring our food and brought it one by one. Staff were not well trained and did not communicate well. The staff didn’t clear our table and we had to do it ourself. Didn’t even have enough water jugs for the tables. People who came after us got their food before us. We saw some customers come and leave and go the nearby pizza shop because they took so long to take the order. 1 hour after we ordered, the same waiter who took the order asked if we’ve ordered. Shocking! Would not recommend!

   Food was delicious and very good hospitality, we ordered mutton koththu, and masala dosa, and seafood noodles. All dishes are delicious. Nethaly fried was superb.Kids enjoyed the falooda. Beautiful venue, modernly decorated comfortable and homely feel. Highly recommended. Great hospitality by Mrs Nandini.
