   We have been twice since it was refurbished and had lovely meals, however tonight having booked a table for 2 at 7pm (booked well in advance a week before) turned up and given a table in the way of all the takeaway drivers and people coming and going. We had nearly finished our meal when the bill was presented less than an hour after we arrived without it being asking for it and the waiter quite abruptly asked us to leave the table within the next 5 minutes as people waiting..lots of people there before us and not being moved on.. not a good vibe. There were plenty of vacant tables for 4 but not enough tables for two people. Lovely food, can't fault that but they treat big groups better and need to improve their customer service skills.

   I have been a regular at the Shuhel for over 5 years. I love curry and I have never yet had a disappointing meal, the quality, taste and quantities are excellent. I am addicted to Chicken Madras with Shuhel Special Rice, which includes small pieces of chicken, as well as chickpeas, spinach etc. They have a loyalty scheme, where you get stamps for each £12.50 spent and 8 stamps gets a free starter and main meal. Their Set Meals for 2 or for 4 are also particularly good value. I tend to get a take away most weeks, but since they had it decorated, it is now a very stylish restaurant to dine in as well.

   Suhel Balti Restaurant is very nice, and its food is also very good. All the staff are friendly and have good behaviour, especially Sahed, who was very good and helpful. He is careful and looks after all the customers. His way of speaking and communication is very friendly. I want to visit this restaurant again because their food is very tasty and delicious, and all the staff are very kind and polite.

   Food was good when salt was added but overall not much flavour unfortunately. Absolutely love the dhal. Great dish thats done right. But all the other meals and sides seemed a bit bland. I would go back but mainly because it seems really hard to find a decent Indian takeaway on the wirral these days.

   Dreadful we arrived around 7.00pm they appeared to be in a rush by 8.10 we had had starters and main courses at which time the bill was put on the table which we hadnt asked for we were not asked if we wanted sweets or anything else the person serving us was more interested in wether we were paying cash or card as he wanted the table in 5 mins at no time were we told there was a restriction on time at table. We have all eaten at various places in the world but never experienced such bad service from an individual another person was very appologetic on the way out and stated next time we would have more time .Dont think we will be going back. 6th aug

   Absolutely heaving on our chance Friday night visit. The staff managed to find a table for 5 after a 20 minute wait. Food was excellent, a bit hotter than the average curry house. Service was good despite the packed house. It's a BYOB establishment. Highly recommended
