We had such a great experience with Raniβs as they catered for mine and my boyfriendβs 21st birthday celebration. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to make the whole process really smooth. They were unbelievably accommodating throughout the entire planning process and showed so much patience while we took our time choosing the dishes and we could tell they genuinely wanting us to have the best experience. On the night of the party, the team arrived and set everything up seamlessly. They handled every detail and went to so much effort to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of the food was impeccable, all the guests were coming back for seconds. We received so many compliments throughout the evening! A huge thank you to Anand and his entire team. Their effort, kindness, and attention to detail played such a big part in making our 21st birthday celebration really special. We genuinely couldnβt have done it without them. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fabulous! As always, really tasty food and attentive service at a very reasonable price. The whole restaurant is scrupulously clean, to the point they insist you take a clean plate for each visit to their varied buffet. Highly recommended

I went to Rani's for the first time and had a delicious Thali. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and so tasty. The thali came with 2 curries - one of which I could choose from the extensive menu. I had paneer and spinach, which though a little spicy for me, was lovely. The waitress, Tanvi, very kindly brought me some yogurt to cool it down. Service from Tanvi was very personable and kind. I imagine in the evening or during a weekend buffet, the restaurant would be more buzzy but as it was it was very peaceful which I enjoyed. I'd like to come again with my husband and family and to try more things.

We hired Rani to be our wedding caterers and their service was absolutely impeccable. Not only was communication smooth and efficient, they were so professional and thought through everything that I felt completely assured to leave it in their hands. Even up to the day before they were alleviating concerns I hadn't even thought about. They adapted to changes very quickly and made the entire venue look nicer with their sleek buffet set up. The most important part of course was food and it met all the expectations. Our guests commented that it was one of the best wedding meals they've had. Highly recommend using their services for your events, you will be stress free and very satisfied!

Finally I made to this nice vegetarian restaurant. Buffet was reasonable price and plenty of variety of food was available. Service was great. All over we had a nice time and good food.

AVOID seriously.. 1. Most items where cold, chewy, and just not enjoyable. 2. The two staff members were rude, one in particular were not very helpful 3. Our bill was Β£64.70, why is Β£25.30 service being charged? 4. We asked if they could top up the Rani nutty menthal as the buffet was horrid, hard, cold, just not nice at all, there is 7 of our on the buffet, they brought enough for one person. So we had to actually order some

We booked a groupon buffet voucher and when we turned up the buffet wasnβt on that night, not sure if Groupon or the Restaurant were to blame. However the restaurant allowed to stay and order off the main menu, they let us choose from a range of items worth more than we had paid. The food was all beautiful and the staff helpful.

This restaurant over charges you and the food quality is terrible. I ordered chickpeas as a side with my buffet and the chick pea curry was out of the freezer, cold and had NO TASTE! The buffet horrifying and did not look appealing at all. The samosa and spring rolls were from Iceland frozen and the rice were all re heated: I do not understand how they can charge customers a fortune for frozen and reheated food. The owner was not very pleased when I told him and showed him the chick pea curry and he refused to try it as he knew he served me old frozen chick pea curry. He was very defensive and told me to leave when he knew that I (the customer was right) Shame on this restaurant making money on innocent customers by selling reheated reused food!

I must say I am not very pleased with this restaurant. My recent experience reminded me of one I had over a year ago, but back then I though that perhaps the dahl was to be all watery and lacking substance. This time it was again - I ordered another dahl and instead of nice creamy dahl, it was mostly water with few lentils. The same for vegetable curry - few pieces of potatoes in a lot of watered soup. Absolutely no value for money and the taste far from good.

The restaurant kindly accepted my order on Just Eats. The delivery time was about an hour late and the food arrived cold. Along with several phone calls to the restaurant. The manager calls me and after speaking with him over the phone about the order was left feeling a lot better that my concerns were met. The manager came across friendly and approachable and explained it was a busy time and night with one driver on shift. Would try the restaurant out another time to give them another chance in the near future!
