    Just ordered. They had no Ben and jerrys left but told me they would buy one. Food arrived barely warm.. the chicken was tough and chewy. And they charged me 6 pound for a tub of ice cream from Aldi which wasn't Ben and jerrys and probably cost about 2 pound! Not impressed at all. Don't tell a customer you will provide something you don't have and then over charge them too!!

    Food always tastes good and is always very quick to arrive. Lad on the phone and guy who delivered the food both are very friendly. Excellent customer service and once again amazing food. 10/10 would recommend.

    I ordered and payed online through hungryhouse.. Waited for an hour and 30 mins for my food to arrive.. When I first rang after waiting an hour I was told that because I'd ordered online it was taking longer and I should call up in future but my food had left and was on It's way.. After another 20 mins still no food so I rang back, this time I was told that my food had been delivered and if I had a problem and wanted my money back then I had to bring it up with hungry house.. I then got a knock at the door 10 mins later, and my food had arrived.. I was confused but happy that at least that my food was eventually here.. My food was cold.. Don't go here they're a joke not even an apology everything was my fault..
